I’m not one to do reviews, but just look. Please look at each individual nail. Before I got a good look at them sure they’re fine, but looking at them now this is horrible. I’ve heard mixed things about here and always try to give the benefit of the doubt and i still tipped, because I feel bad, when I shouldn’t. I’ve never been more disappointed, embarrassed, and upset that I paid $80 + $20 tip for… this. I’ve seen them do plenty of great nail designs so maybe it’s just my luck but… A waste of money, I’m sorry. I have been a loyal customer for at least the past 4 years and the service I receive is disappointing. I try to overlook it because I always like my nails but I’m not about to keep paying for bad customer service. I always have an appointment but end up waiting an hour or more. They never apologize or accommodate for the wait. Pedicures are always mid. Kathy the owner is always rude to me. Today she snatched the money out of my hand when I paid. Didn’t say thank you or have a nice day. If I come here faithfully every three weeks for YEARS and drop the amount of money I do every appointment, you need to be nice! Period! Not only that, I’ve sent multiple people here. Won’t be recommending again and will start going somewhere else. They’re not the only nail pros and can be replaced.

Hands down, my favorite nail place in NWI! Perfection everytime

I got my nails done here because I saw their work and have many friends that go there and have amazing work done on their nails and when I got my nails done, I was told no seven different times because designs were too difficult and they couldn’t do anything close to it and was given some thing that I did not want on my wedding day and I’ve been crying for the past two hours. Honestly looks like a child did them and when asked to have them fixed was told again

I have been going to this nail salon for awhile now, and the last few times I have gone it has been HORRIBLE. Everything is DIRTY. My last appointment I scheduled I waited about an hour just sitting waiting. The nail tech was HORRENDOUS, she was very distracted by her phone constantly and wasn't even looking at what she was doing 95% of the time. She handled my hands aggressively, to the point of where I almost stopped the service. She also was eating food durning the service which I thought was so NASTY. She didn't even wash her hands once. This place has now lost a loyal customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON WHATSOEVER!Service: Acrylic nails

Came multiple times to get nails done. Every time they were rude and turned me away. It says they offer walk ins I however sat for well over an hour waiting for them to just check me in. Any appointment that came in they would take so I never ended up even getting checked in. Clearly walk ins aren’t accepted. The girl checking people in was very rude and at one point said “I’m about to fight everyone at this salon” because she was getting a manicure herself by one of the technicians as people all sat there waiting to be helped and she was annoyed by anyone asking her a question. Once her manicure was done on company time, her and another technician spent the next half hour watching tv and talking about their favorite songs and ordering things off Amazon. Never once bothering checking me or anyone else in. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

This has been my only place for nail service for sometime being my nail tech and her husband pedicure are amazing! However the owner is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL ! On several occasions I’ve noticed she likes to get rude, loud and disrespectful to patrons even if she’s not servicing!

This place is by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to. The tech spent most of her time talking and using her phone. If she would have actually focused on doing her job outcome would be very different. Nails have bubbles all over, painted horribly. I came in to get a manicure and pedicure. Halfway through the service they said they were closing because they needed to pick family up from the airport. I asked why wouldn’t they tell me before they started. They stated they should’ve said something but all they could say was sorry. They then tried to charge me full price for the service and I stated that I would pay when the service was finished. All of a sudden everyone could stay. An overall bad experience and I wouldn’t go back.Services: Pedicure

RUDE!!! Table 1 and Table 10 both do long nails and designs very good work. I usually get something simple like a fill in with a french manicure. I have WAITED ON THEM both to do my nails. Both of them have pretty much told me that they don't want to waste their time doing my short nails because others are waiting to do design nails and that take longer I WAITED TOO. Today, I asked table 1 the owner if she would do my nails again. She said she would as long as she was available but she told me that anyone else in the shop could do what I'm getting because the wait for her is a long time. To someone else that might not have been rude but to someone that patronizes her business every three weeks for the past couple of months, works with the public herself, that was rude and offensive. You will not make me settle and I'm spending my money, after all it is almost a nail shop on every other corner.
