Nail Times

I went in during my lunch break, I had a full hour & a half and thought that would be ample time. I’m not a stranger to nail times, but it has been awhile. Early on into the appt, it was going well. I picked my color and dove into some work that I needed to get done on my phone and was focused on that. She didn’t check with me when she brought the color and I would’ve been able to tell right then it wasn’t right and SHE should’ve known if she had paid attention to the color I showed her. She completed a whole hand and I stopped from my work and looked at my hand..it was a completely different shade of pink. It was dark hot pink with zero sparkles and i had picked a LIGHTER sparkly/iridescent color. I was running out of time and they did what they could to fix but the nails themselves are completely thick, you can still see the wrong color, and overall really uneven layering. I’m so upset. When they check the jars, they were completely mislabeled with the wrong numbers. That’s not her fault, however again, if she had shown me or had paid attention to what color I showed her, the issue could’ve been avoided. I was the only customer in the salon, I should’ve received more attention to detail as a paying customer. And then I still had to pay full price…..that’s wrong in my opinion. Truly feel as though I shouldn’t have paid or gotten a discount.Service: Dip powder

They are always worth the wait and will do their best to take care of all clients. I had a luxurious experience. Two older women helped me. I wish I could retain their names. They were patient, steady, and beyond professional. They knew just the right amount of pressure so they did not tickle my feet, yet massaged at the perfect strength for healing relaxation. Ahhh. So I’m been pretty skeptical about going to diferent places to do my nails do to bad experience especially that my nails are naturaly long and my eye brows are shaped different, i live in Richardson and I always use to go to Dallas on skillman to do them since I always been living In Dallas before moving here and I decided to give this place a try , today was my third time going and I’m so happy to say that I found my place were I feel confortable and close to home I love it , Emily has done a great job on my nails making them look so natural and omg my eye brows look good finally , thanks a ton she convinced me to give a try In letting do my eyebrows and I was not disappointed.
