Got a full set of acrylics done. The salon was very nice and clean and they offer a lot of color options. They were very accommodating to paint my five year old daughter’s nails while I got mine done. The technician whom I think is the owner was empathetic with my nail picking habit and took her time to do my nails so I didn’t have any weird edges to pick on. The length is perfect. The visit was pleasant and I plan to return!Service: Acrylic nails
Nail crush is awesome! Such a welcoming and calm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and my nails look awesome! I also lost my credit card at the store, and they kept it safe for me all week until I was able to get it.
I took my daughter’s to Nail Crush for a fun girls afternoon out a few days ago. It was fun. The employees did a wonderful job on our toes. The polish was spot on! The massages they gave were good also. I wasn’t sure if the workers were too thrilled about their jobs but hey- I wouldn’t love that job either.
The staff is so nice and treat their regulars like family. Even when a tech makes a mistake they will fix it if they notice or if you point it out and they don’t make you feel bad for speaking up. It’s priced super amazingly and I recommend to everyone I know that gets nails. I’ve only gotten their acrylics so far but I’ve had a great experience! They let you bring company and the owner is so nice and sweet and she’s such an amazing woman. She remembers faces, names, and stories and makes you feel important. She does nails and answers the phone at the same time with time and efficiency. They do such an amazing job!Services: Nail art
Have been coming here off and on over the last 6ish years and I adore everyone. I usually just do a gel manicure and I typically see Nikki, but I have complete trust in her that if she can’t get me in, then whoever she recommends will be amazing. I’ve also had Keisha do my nails more than a number of times and they are phenomenal with cute artwork. I’ve brought in family and friends for the occasional pedicure and always left happy. Once or twice I even tripped on my way out the door and messed up a little toe and it was fixed super quick, and no one made me feel bad about it. Despite the fact that I felt so bad! We just joked about the fact that we can usually blame these things on our kids. Such a great place. And I love that Nikki is so open to teaching. If something isn’t just right, they want to know to make it perfect! Love everybody there. Even when I can’t get back in for a few months, the second I get back in it feels like I never left.
I had a terrible experience at Nail Crush. I waited outside with a few other customers for the store to open. Once inside, my appointment started 35 minutes later than scheduled, a total of 45 minutes past the appointment time. The nail polish they used was old and clumpy, leading to a messy application. To worsen things, my toenails were unevenly cut. When I asked for the polish to be removed due to its poor quality, I was still charged the full price and they did not offer to repaint my toes with new polish. During checkout, another customer even mentioned how unsatisfactory the service was. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.
I was in Kaysville for the Holidays and I needed to get my nails filled. Making the appointment is simple and quick. They have great color choices and the facility was very clean. The problem is when I was getting them done. I was sitting next to a lady who I assume goes regularly, since two of the nail technicians were talking to her. She was complaining about how her gel polish on top of the acrylic was peeling up and chipping and she had only had them done for about a week. The technicians acknowledged her and said things like “some brands do that but we’ll make sure you don’t get that brand again.” I politely asked if the color I chose was one of those brands, and my nail technician being fairly new said she didn’t think so. I’m writing this about a week later with FOUR of my nails chipping and the color coming off. I guess the most frustrating part is the employees knew and recognized the issue but nothing had been done about it? Why are they still using some of their gels if they know they are garbage? Besides the fact it took over an hour and 25 minutes to get a basic, one color acrylic fill, it’s pretty frustrating I paid $35 for four days of good nails. The people there were nice but I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for the same thing again.
