- We take walk ins, upon availability, and appointments. If you aren't willing to wait to be serviced we recommend you call us at (330) 668-2222 and make an appointment. Appointments may be denied if you are 10+ minutes late, to avoid this issue please call (330) 668-2222 to notify the technicians and/or reschedule.
- We require a deposit of $10 per person(s) for a party reservation of 4+ people. If it is cash or check it will be refunded on day of service/ or used towards your service. If it is a credit card, the card holder’s information will be held. Deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE. Gratuity of 20% will automatically be added to the service total. Person(s) making such reservation will be told ahead of time.
- If you are looking for Polish that lasts longer than 1-2 days we recommend you get Gel/Shellac polish. We do not guarantee regular polish. It will and can chip, ding, or come off at any time due to your natural nail oils.
- We guarantee our Gel/Shellac Services up to 2 weeks. If within the 1st week of your service it chips, peels or comes off we will fix those ones free of charge. If this does occur we may not recommend this product specifically for your nail type.

- Shaving your legs or arms 24 hours before your service is NOT recommended. The scrubs, oils, or lotions being used can/may irritate your skin, causing red bumps similar to razor bumps.
- Gift Cards bought at this location can be used at any location. Services are priced differently, be sure to confirm with your technician before starting your service.
