I had the best nails experience I've ever had in the many years I've had my nails done. I did not catch the nail tech's name but she was absolutely incredible. She spent over an hour on my nails and even stayed late after they were closing to perfect the design I requested. I will only be coming here for nails from now on!Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

This place was very attentive to how my nails looked and how I felt. I highly suggest going to this place if looking for a new nail place!!

I only go to Nails Now and here is why…. I’m a professional cleaning technician and I use my hands all day long, often using my nail itself as a tool. I have gone a whole month between fills and my nails never lift, chip, crack, or break. I go to Sunny who is an amazing artist.Services:&nbsp;Stiletto nails

I gave this location two tries before writing a review, just in case the first time was a fluke.  My biggest complaint is that they do not soak off gel, they just file it off with the electric file. This is extremely poor practice, due to the amount of damage it causes to nails. From this alone, I will not return. And this time I asked if they usually soak and I was told no, so I clarified that no one here prefers file + soaking to remove, and she said no again.  Also today with my pedicure they didn't do any callus removal, scrubs, or lotion, which was super weird- and literally the reason I and probably most people get pedicures!  They also always seem way too busy. Technicians doing multiple clients at once, running around from station to station. I would rather wait, or make an appointment, than have my service be rushed and poorly done.

I got a tragic full set here. My nails were filed so much on the sides that my fingers hurt. My gel polish was not set so the semi solid top layer slid off overnight, and liquid gel polish got everywhere. I did have a good experience with customer service and they fixed my polish free of charge. There wasn't much that could be done about the filing situation. Two stars because they did the best they could to fix it, but this should have never happened.

Customer service part was great, very friendly my daughter and I came in jan 13th to both get full sets, my daughters nails already all fell off by Jan 16th I was charged $52 for hers, mine have been lifting since the 17th I will attach a photo. I was also charged $52 for mine as well , needless to say we won’t be going back.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

They were ready for me right away, the building is nice, clean, and relaxing. My nails look so much better after they did my fill. Staff was friendly and helpful
