Nails Paradise

I’ve used this place a few times now and each time i had a bad experience. I kept using them hoping that maybe I had caught them on a bad day….nope. This last visit is what really did it for me. I came in around 2 on a Tuesday, not busy at all. I asked for a pedicure and chose the spa signature pedicure $45. There is no callous scrub as advertised. Just a quick wipe with a scrub bar. The tech applied the scrub but not once did she rub it in or anything. Literally applied it and rinsed it off. Then applied the mask, hot towel and left to go next door to do 4 hair cuts….I was sitting for at-least 15 minutes before a DIFFERENT tech came to start where she left off. The original tech finished her hair cuts and came back to finish…the whole “pedicure” took 36 minutes and I was waiting for 15 of it. The lack of sanitation is also concerning. I’m going to contact the better business bureau. They rush through and cut far too many corners for me to return.Service: Pedicure

There okay but I don't think they put enough effort and time in your pedicure I've got my feet done and came home and still had to scrub them after I paid $140 the painting was okay but the scrub and the rest could have been nine times better and them talking in there language a lot working can be kind of rude... especially in America which is a country that specialize in English and you have 90% of English and American customers so your language should be nothing else but English just so your customer can be comfortable in their skin I mean it is a nail shop and that's where I used to go to get a piece of mind but it's hard when there's women talking in other languages and you're unaware what's going on I like to be fully aware at all times but overall the painting was good so one star will do....

I Went for a fill after 4 weeks plus with not 1 broken nail and less than 1 week later 1 nail broke and chipped polish, gel too. The woman rushed through the whole thing Also got my brow waxed n lady jacked it up They will not see me ever again. Oh customer service blows too!!Services: Acrylic nails

They always do great pedicures for my daughter and myself. They’re so kind to my daughter. The last time I went to get a pedicure my paint wasn’t completely dry and it got messed up. I called them and they fixed it the next day no problem.Services: Acrylic nails

I went to get my nails done for the first time in 3+ years.. they were in such a hurry despite me making an appointment, I didnt even get to choose what package I wanted.. they chose for me. Payed $13 extra for gel and tipped $10 just to have my gel peeling off 3 days later on almost every nail. Im very disappointed.. i wish I took my mommy time and money elsewhere. gave two stars bc I got in for my appointment and my french tip toes look good still.. those are regular polish.Services: Manicure

Good service and my nails look pretty good but I felt rushed. After seeing the wine cabinet we asked for a glass and they seemed a bit irritated but they might just have been busy. The ladies are super nice and prices weren't bad. I liked them and I'll def go again!

I was so excited to find a nail salon near base that had great reviews. Unfortunately for me, my experience was terrible and very painful. I went in to get a full set gel manicure. The lady literally ripped, tugged, and filed down my DIP NAILS off. When I say ripped I mean she literally started scraping away at each nail. My thumb nail dip wouldn’t come off and she started using the electric file, she filed so much it went into my NAIL BED and hurt so bad. I could see the pink. She never soaked my nails and was not gentle at all. I showed her my now open wound and she said it was okay and kept filing and tried putting alcohol over my nail which made me cry out in pain. I nearly started to cry and wanted to just leave but another really nice lady came and said if we do dip it won’t hurt. So I let her go through with it because my nails were already started. At the end , the lady that ripped my nails off and filed into my nail bed gave me $10 off as if she was doing me a huge favor. I shouldn’t have paid her anything, but as a business owner I understand there are still bills that need to be paid even if your staff messes up. I WILL NEVER EVER GET MY NAILS DONE HERE AGAIN.

I was traveling through and requested my dip nails be removed And requested a French manicure.The technician made me bleed did not buff my nails and did a sloppy job on my polish....the pedicure was okay, they do the bare minimum for the price. Overall very disappointing 62 dollars. .Services: Manicure

They were very fast but not rushed could have talked a little bit more but I would go back for sure
