Nana's Rv Park On The Frio

Na Na's was a great stay, they share the swimming hole with Garner S.P. but better in that they have the deeper and shaded side. The RV sites are tight, but well maintained and full hook ups. Not a lot of shade trees in the RV side, and one run of sites is along the main road, but not much traffic. The office and hosts are fantastic. Wifi, but shared and slow. The ramp to the river is steep. But the hosts speed their day riding around on a couple 4x4 gators and are constantly giving rides and hauling the guests equipment to and from the many beautiful, shaded picnic tables down by the river. The office sales ice and water and a few items, but not much else.

I cant say enough great things about this place! The rv spots are shaded. The staff there is amazing! They are very very accommodating!! They would drive us up to the river and make sure we were ok. They would drive back down almost every 30 minutes to see if any one needed a ride back. The river spot has a beautiful view of hill county. To the left or right there are some rope swings. As a family I was comfortable allowing the 10 YO kids go alone to the swings. They were still in eye sight. This is a great family place.

We go annually and we love this place. One of the best views of Gardner and such a special place. Staff and facilities were great as always. We rented and on-site camper that was wonderful.

We had a good time the last time we were there. The spaces are a little tight. There’s a store next door and the restrooms and showers are fairly nice. There’s a laundry room which is convenient. The people at front seemed nice. There were a few dogs roaming freely and spooked our small dog several times. River access is ok but there’s a steep hill to go down and return from. Sucks if you plan to carry a lot.

Very nice people that work there. My kids and I had a blast and it's the best place to stay. We will be returning with more people next time. Thank you for the hospitality

This place is awesome! Bathrooms are clean, they have showers. They were willing to take our stuff down to and from the river. Shout out to Melissa for being so attentive and always willing to assist with anything

Nana's was an awesome experience for my family! Melissa and Ms. D were so helpful and friendly. Ms D and her husband drove my grandsons 2 and 4 around the campground on their golf cart early one morning. It was the highlight of the day for the boys! The campground was very clean, bathrooms were spotless, and the river was beautiful! We will be back next year.

This place is very clean! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The private river area is amazing and shaded well. Water is clear and cool. There are areas shallow enough for sitting in the water in your lawn chairs, snorkeling, etc, and also some deeper areas for swimming and kayaking.
