Nantucket is a cute little park nestled in the neighborhood south of Milwaukee Street near highway 14. There are three entrances to the park; one on the east side, on to the southwest, and one on the north side. Entrances are marked by a sign indicating the park, but it’s just a grassy area between houses. The park has one sandy area with a play structure for climbing and sliding, two sand diggers, six swings including two for toddlers, a basket ball court, a few benches, one picnic table, and a large grassy area. There are no restrooms or drinking fountains in the park. The park is usually not busy. Plan to bring snacks, hand wipes/sanitizer, sand toys, and maybe a kite or a ball, too. We always plan for a bath after we visit to get the sand out.
Cute little park in a nice area.
If you love other people mowing their lawns, then welcome to Paradise!
It's great for meeting friends and having picnics! My only objection is the sand- it gets everywhere!
There's a lot of open space, but some of the playground equipment needs attention.
Small park for the amount of area, basketball court is run down, could use a renovation
