Dinner is curated by Executive Chef, Bill Weisse, formerly of the Club Car. American classic cuisine that caters to all tastes. Included are entree choices of a fish, meat, or vegetarian dish along with appetizers choices and dessert. Asian pear and gorgonzola cheese salad, roast porcini cured tenderloin of beef with cipollini onions in a maderia sauce, fillet of sole veronique with parisienne vegetables, and carrot risotto are just examples of a few of the menu selections.
