Would be great to have the correct business hours posted to Google. I ordered for pickup and got an email telling me it was ready and to be sure to check the store hours before coming. I did. Got there and closed. Not a holiday. Glad I checked because they were also not going to be open when they say. I don't care if you change hours but update it!!!!

Purchase a new battery from Napa in Prior Lake. The young man behind the counter helped take the battery out. I purchased a premium battery and the young put the battery in my car. He was very kind and very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Nice guys and are pretty knowledgeable on parts in stock etc. A little higher in price than some others, but the knowledge was worth it.

They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I described an issue I was having with my car, and the guy that was helping me knew just how to fix it. I asked a lot of questions and didn't feel judged. He answered every one and gave me his best advice. I had to give them 4 stars, however, because they don't seem to be doing anything to prevent the spread of covid in their stores. No social distancing, no masks, etc. I didn't even see any disinfectant being used.

These guys are soooo helpful. I'm in there weekly and never have had a problem. Very knowledgeable staff!!! Open shorter hours on most holidays makes you able to finish some of those projects you can never get to.

I've done a few online orders. You're better off going into Napa, grab an oil change without online service because they don't fill them in a timely manner 2 hours later....

Some call this No Auto Parts Available but I have never found this to be true. Gold filters and motorcycle specific oil was in stock unlike the place with the Irish name.

The stated opening time 7 a.m. arrived at 7:23 a.m. and the doors are still locked back to Advance Auto with my business...

Came here for windshield wipers. Guys working asked me what I wanted for quality and directed me towards a certain brand. They even took the time to switch out the brackets for the right one while I was browsing. They offered to check them in a week if they were streaking or not working well. I also asked about Marine Oil and they went out of their way to try to answer my questions. I also asked about hitch covers which were not in the store and they looked them up in front of me. I went home and had trouble installing the blades and I returned to the store . The same guy was working and came outside and helped me put them on. While I was out there another worker was helping another customer. I was considering buying these on Amazon but I wouldn't get this kind of service from them! Will definitely go back.
