NAPA Loxahatchee Auto Parts

I live right behind this store. I've been there 6 times and 6 times they have told me they do not have the part that I needed. The last time which is today, I went there just for a 3/16 brake line fitting they said they do not have it. Don't waste your time going there because I don't have anything that you will need. Save yourself the time go to autozone they have stuff and that's where I got my feelings. Napa definitely know how not to have parts

If you are west of the Palm Beach county, there it's the Napa store ready to give you or get you all for your cars and trucks needs, from a Hitch for your horses trailers to the cable lights connectors and much more..... Here, very west.... There is a Napa Store with the best auto parts people knowledge to help on your toys needs !!!

Very poor service from Bryan. He cashed me out and when I asked for a bag he said you have two hands use them. I will never shop here again

I had some trouble with my diesel batteries. Dodge charged me $840 which is ridiculous. I received not only incredible customer service by Kim, but she taught me how to take corrosion off batteries and a lot of other things in the 30 minutes I spent at the store and honored my warranty on batteries. Very fair, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend Kim. I also think you should consider having a class for women to learn auto basics. Kim took a stressful situation for me and made it not only easy, but educational. Thank you Kim.

Pulled in after getting a battery jump , I received prompt service. Doug came out right away checked and changed my battery. The experience of great customer satisfaction and service was provided. Thanks to Doug and Ernie!

This storw is one of the few stores in the heart of west lake / the acreage, making it very convenient for those who live in the area. Often they have the part i need in stock for the usual maintenance work. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Convenient if you live in the acreage though a little higher price then other stores.

Lost my alternator driving over from the west coast of FL. Called ahead. They had it waiting. Replaced it and was on my way. Great, quick service. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

Second time purchasing from here, same experience. Man and woman at the desk proceed to tell me that I need to buy the oil that they recommend, I tell them that multiple diesel mechanics told me what they said was untrue and I would like to purchase the brand I have been buying for years. They proceed to chat amongst themselves, right across the counter about all the diesel owners that will not listen to them. Laughing and disrespectful. I left the oil on the counter, told them I wouldn’t accept their behavior and left to buy oil elsewhere.

Kim at the Loxahatchee, fl location is awesome. My husband has been going to this location for years. As a matter of fact, this is the only part store we go to.
