Godsend. This office is a Godsend. True, I don't write any negative reviews, NVOM got me in, diagnosed and rendered treatment quickly. It meant an enjoyable Labor Day Weekend that was not spent laying around with a screaming back. I owe my current comfort to both Sarah and crew for getting me in front of Doctor Huffman, and to the Dr's ability to figure out this old dude's wacky back. Quite frankly, I am lucky to have found them.
I have been a patient of Napa Valley Orthopedic Medical Group for more than 12 years. To a person I have felt them to be compassionate, caring, responsive to my concerns, and supportive. My husband and I have had surgeries which were successful and planned to provide us with the most benefit possible. We continue to be happy, satisfied customers and believe Napa Valley is very fortunate to have this team here.
Always an easy appointment, receptionist always friendly. Dr Huffmans staff is awesome, genuinely caring and personable. Worth the hour and a half drive, even in the heat. No more headaches since surgery, thankful my neurologist referred me to Dr Huffmans office for my surgery. I feel lucky to have such a thorough spine surgeon, truly cares about patients.
The front office girls are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The PAs are very thorough and answer your whole list of questions patiently. It is a very caring and well run office. The surgery with Dr. Diana went well and I’m very satisfied
Andrew Wilson is wonderful. He is so kind and caring. I'm really going to enjoy him my PA. Sylvia was also very kind and caring. Very gentle when she put my arm splint on. Allmedical and office staff very friendly.
Most of the time the experience is usually a very pleasant one. Front desk downstairs staff could smile more and be more friendly. Dr. Huffman and his staff are top of the line people and this is why he is one of the top spine specialists in Northern California.
It was a pleasant experience. Kaelyn is very kind and considerate. She is willing to take time to answer my questions and extends a feeling of caring.
I have been seeing Dr. Huffman and PA Kaelyn for about 15 months. All l can say, is that the whole team, including Sarah & Dawn, have been wonderful. I always have a great visit with Kim Bellows, PA. She’s a wonderful caregiver and I have great respect for her. She listens and always includes me in the the treatment plan. She’s very knowledgeable and has a caring heart. She and Dr. Weisbein make a great team!
Megan Ford delivered bilateral cortisone injections to my knees. About 6 hours later I felt complete relief from pain, which continued to next day. My left ankle and foot have been swollen, result of vascular insufficiency. After injection to that knee, next day, swelling was not evident, this without compression hose. I'm very grateful.
