Napa Valley Pottery & Floral started in 1979. We are a family-owned and operated business located in Las Vegas Nevada, but we serve customers throughout Nevada, California, Arizona, and beyond.

Our customers appreciate stepping inside of our sanctuary of silk greenery; what we affectionately refer to as forever flowers -and trees! We carry a wide variety of silk floral, greenery, trees, shrubs, succulents, and accessories. We also import exotic pottery and fountains and can recreate breathtaking botanical spectacles.
We have recently added stylish and comfortable patio furniture to our inventory, helping you to create an elegant outdoor living space.

This place has less stuff as time passes on. This used to have SO much more.  They have closed the back area, where they had GREAT stuff. I used to love this place, but the old owner is rude and dillussional about how much more product they used to have. I have spent quite a bit of $$ in this store that is still in my house, I have lots of great Ifond memories of past employees

We purchased several outdoor plants from here within a week of one another. Here is a picture of the day we put them up and one month later. When I called and spoke with Mark about our disappointment with the one plant and the fact it’s already breaking down and it’s not even summertime!, he had me send pictures and here was his response, “Yes it looks like someone or something had pulled pretty hard in those to make that plastic break like that definitely not the way it left the store.” No one has pulled on these plants. When I called to speak with a manager, Mark answered and said that he told me that yesterday and then hung up on me. I would not recommend purchasing plants here if they’re unwilling to stand behind their overpriced so called outdoor plants or at least have the common courtesy to make things right. Mark was rude, unprofessional and his lack of customer service was shocking. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Nice place. You can find good stuff that isn't too expensive. I brought a couple of things the 1st time there. They got pretty waterfalls, flower pots and lots of pretty synthetic plants/flowers

The store was musty and a bit outdated. I felt like I was stepping directly into 1991. They do, however, have a good selection and the prices are pretty on par with other locations in the valley, if even a little cheaper than most. That said, they have a large political sign posted on the entrance with additional political paraphernalia behind the register. Not the best look to alienate potential customers. Otherwise, this place provides what it is established to provide.

We have been looking for large garden pots with no success until we visited Napa Valley Pottery. They have a nice variety of pots with different colors and sizes. Mark was very helpful . ans acomandanin

Great selection, pricing, and customer service. Word to the wise, no returns be sure of your purchases + they have a cc minimum $20. Bring cash if need be. Highly recommend!

I love the store. Sometimes I walk through just for ideas. Today we bought a bust and it fits perfectly on the padastol we had.

They only have mass products  metal art.

Terrible customer service. Came in for a planter box to buy my mom a surprise bday gift. Older male salt & pepper hair was not polite. When we asked if they had square planter boxes he fired back “Did we not see the pots on the way in?” That was rude. I said we were looking for something different square small etc. He said No. my sister and I continue to look around and we found what we needed without his help. Planter we found was $199. He took our money and said there’s no returns exchanges or refunds. No problem. We inspected planter box and saw a crack. We asked that he swap it out and nothing but huffing and puffing and attitude. It’s 10:30am it’s my moms bday 7/27/21 and I’m a paying customer. I feel like i could’ve been treated with respect and kindness. We are all entitled to rough days but I didn’t do anything but patronize this business which in today’s climate is a big deal! Very unhappy with the customer service and we were not welcome. He made that clear. I won’t be back I won’t be recommending this place.

What a huge location ! The variety and pieces are plentiful and the store is clean. The owner Mark finds some very unique pieces and this place is definitely not your cookie cutter been there seen it type of decor store. We always return and find new and fun things for our backyard and house.
