I was simply amazed. Everyone I encountered was so pleasant and welcoming. The hygienist Becky was very gentle with me and I appreciate that being that I’m always a bit nervous when I visit a dentist. I am very pleased with my dentist she made me feel at ease upon meeting her.
Was disappointed with the lack of bedside manner and customer service. Won’t be back or recommending anyone to go. The way they talked to me felt condescending. My prior dentist when I lived in Chicago was a 10 where these guys felt like a 1. Shout out to the check-in guy/receptionist. He was the highlight of the experience. On to look for a different dental office.
Dr. Anthony LaVacca is a True Wizard when it comes down to personal service and his entire staff are the epitome of Excellent Customer Service. I would Highly Recommend this Entire Staff to anyone looking for Complete Family Dental Care.
Went in for two fillings. Fantastic experience start to finish. Little to no discomfort all the way through the process and while I was in the chair the work revealed a third spot that needed attention, the dentist took care of it on the spot. The finished work feels to be top notch. Very professional staff all around. Naperville Dental Specialist will be my dental office of choice from now on.
Dr Lavacca, is a true master blaster!!! The only Dentist office I have looked forward to coming to, in my life. Everyone in that office is simply fabulous, fabulous!!! Total professional from start to finish! You will have the smile of your life, when your done!
Do not go here. I went for my regular cleaning.The hygienist started recommending things that a doctor should be doing. First she said my wisdom teeth need to come out. Second she told me that I have Gum Disease. After spending about 45 mins, she sent me back without doing a regular teeth cleaning. It was a complete waste of time.
Nancy was great with her treatment/cleaning. She explained everything thoroughly. NDS has been taking care of my teeth for many years. I appreciate all they do for me. Doctor Lavacca is the best.
I do not recommend this dental practice. They have canceled numerous appointments on me and never seem to have many choices to reschedule within a week or two. They are way too big and have no flexibility if someone gets sick and can't make an appointment. Recently, they canceled on me with no phone call. I used to think better of them but recently they have gone down hill. I think they are too big to actually care. I also got a 2nd opinion on something with my daughter and the other place had no idea why they pulled 2 of my daughter's baby teeth. I will be looking for another dentist.
Dr. Alrubaie is a very kind and compassionate specialist. He takes the time to listen and understand my concerns as a patient. He went out of his way during a difficult/painful procedure to insure my comfort and provide an excellent result.
