I’ve had nothing but the best experience at NRC! The last time I went in, 3 kids in tow, the sales associate, Kyle, was so kind and patient as we worked through the fitting experience. I had come in asking for my current shoe type but he graciously offered me to be fit again and try additional shoe types. I appreciate that he gave me this option when he could have easily handed me the shoes and sent me on my way. I tried on 3-4 different shoes and still ended up with the Hoka brand but it was great to get a feel for other shoe brands. A few days after I left with my purchase I received a personalized post card written out from the sales associate Kyle again thanking me for my purchase and offering me well wishes. I genuinely appreciate the care and consideration that I have been given from the moment I walked in the store to days after my purchase. Highly recommend Naperville Running Co.
Just started running really recently, and went in to try on some running shoes. I’ve never had a pair of tennis shoes I’ve particularly liked in the past, so I didn’t really know what to look for and what would feel good. Jake was super helpful, he guided me through a fitting through some shoe options and was super informative. Will definitely be back in the future!
They are amazing here. Their customer service is on point. I had started a chat to inquire about how they measure, and within minutes they had answered me back with an answer. I definitely will be visiting the new store near me. I’ve heard great reviews about this place and I have to say 100% agree!!
I came in looking for new shoes because I hated my current shoes. I went through the fitting process and the person helping me suggested going from 11.5 regular to a 10.5 wide and a shoe with a little less structure. They brought out 3 pairs to try and explained how each one was different. This completely changed the game. My feet no longer are swelling when I run. I am no longer supinating. I highly recommend visiting and going through the fitting process.
While I still have not found a shoe that feels good yet, all the salespeople are wonderful and more than willing to help. Have returned 2 shoes with no issues. Lots of useful stuff for running and friendly salespeople

Great business! Knowledgeable associates help the shoe buying process go smoothly. I came in, told them what I needed and in less than 20 minutes, I was out the with my new shoes!
Have shopped both locations several times for my wife and son who are distance runners. Always a pleasant experience. Recently started my own fitness journey and went to NRC South where I had the pleasure of meeting Nick H. I explained my goal and also discussed the leg pain I was having with my current shoes. Nick really listened and worked hard to fit me in a pair of shoes that I love. There was no typical up selling or pushing me in a different direction. Just a focus on putting me in the right equipment to help me succeed. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. What I really appreciate the most is the hand written thank you note I received recently in the mail from Nick. First class for sure!
Some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time.. Excellent store experience. The manager took care of my daughter and treated her with respect and care. I absolutely would recommend this store if you are a runner or just trying to find the perfect running shoe...... SVITEKNOLOGY MUSIC
I've bought several pairs of shoes for myself and my daughter's here. It's been a great experience every time. They're always friendly, knowledgeable and we always get what we need. I wish they would use their virtual system more to address people's walking patterns more as it seems like they have completely veered away from that process, but still love everything about the interactions there.
