Horrible car wash! I signed up for the $38.95 unlimited on 09/30/22 & went through twice & neither time did I get what I paid for & some of the brushes don’t even work & the tire shine is, well a joke unless you like 1/4 of your tires shined not to mention it put scratches on my right front & right rear bumpers & I have a receipt showing I just paid $3k in paint correction on my Bmw so yes it was this car wash that did it. Car looked horrible with dried soap & spots all over both times. I came back today 10/01/22 to talk to someone & cancel my membership & get this taken care of along with a refund & of course no one available again today that can help nor cancel my membership. I work Monday-Friday the days that I guess the owner/manager is here so I’ll just take it up with my bank & file a complaint with the BBB. I’m really surprised that others have not filed a complaint with the BBB because all the reviews state the exact same thing & the owner still has failed to rectify the problems & just keeps taking people’s money which is fraud & a total scam that I will make sure they get called out on‼ Seriously read the bad reviews because they are true! It’s not the employees fault, this is on the owner. Seriously fix your car wash & stop ripping off your customers. I talked to your employees both days so cancel my membership asap & refund my card. Paid nearly 20$ for a touch free wash and the bottom half as well as my wheels was not cleaned at all.. I really hope the owner reaches out out to refund me or correct this issue

Going through this wash and my truck got stuck at the end of the wash. It finally started pulling my truck and it smack the side of the building exit with my passenger side mirror and door handle. Luckily I had my mirrors folded in. I have a 2018 F150. It didn't break anything but it scratched my truck really bad. I will never use this car wash again.

Went through here to clean my wife's car and the tire shine ripped off our rear bumper. Talked with Amy and she said they will get ilus figured out. Nothing for 2 weeks now bare with me we still had a AR plate.we go there to see what's happening and I be danged she ran and hid from us. Then act like nothing happened and told us to go to nice old man Doug. He told us about Tammy the owner and said she will contact us never did my bumper got a big scratch mark and ripped off luckily I know how to do body work but still nothing never said from them no calls or anything. If you go here and something happens to your car. MAKE A POLICE REPORT. Or they will just kick you to the side and run like nothing happened. Then again I should of noticed the name Nascar. Body collision bound to happen.

STAAY AWAY NOWWW!!!!!! THE TRACK MANIPULATED MY VEHICLE THE ENTIRE TIME AND CRASHED RIGHT INTO ONE OF THE METAL POLES WHILE BEING WASHED INSIDE THE MACHINE . The one of the employees came to help me and I showed him how the car was still on NEUTRAL !! Called the police made the report with police and Bussiness as well was told the owner was shady but she would call me by 3PM DIDNT CALL ME AT ALLLLLL !!! It’s now been 2 WEEKS ! And when I try calling they ANSWER AND HANG UP and then blocks my number ! The MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ATT ALLLLL!!!! Will be filing a LAW SUIT LATER ON TODAY! The only nice person there is GARY WHO WILL BE MY WITNEss!! This place is trashy and shady plus is closed almost every day . They make you pay for a membership that you can’t never use !!!!

I understand it's Thanksgiving and people don't want to be working, I honestly didn't expect the car wash to be open today, but I didn't appreciate being cussed out by the lady spraying the cars down because I decided to go through. Kind of unprofessional and disrespectful. Lots of people have to work today, and while I was lucky enough to have the day off this time around, I've worked my fair share of holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas included

Was a very good car wash when equipment is functioning properly. Update: Came through 9-25-22 and again equipment not working right. 2 of the big barrel scrubbers do not contact vehicle, final rinse not working and Tire Shine brushes not spinning for proper application.....getting worse, not better and the guy doing prewash had the audacity to ask me for tip, wow

Well as of today will be my last time the person didn't even spray it before it went through the wash and didn't even get the clear coat protector and Left several scratches on it !!?

The door didn't open for me to exit the car wash.. proceeded to get stuck for 20 minutes and didn't even get an apology. Nearly hit the door because it didn't open.

Great self serve wash. Water comes out high pressure and CLEAN! non micro particles. Also the gun switches between things really fast, which is rare for a self serve wash. The bay was clean, and well lit. Could wash your car at midnight! Yes the self serve is open 24/7
