I personally want to Thank the Nash Funeral Home staff for everything that they have done to make sure that my Princess Charlisa G. Ward was put to rest in elegance. To Mrs. Nash and to the help of my cousin Emond Shepherd who assisted me with my daughters funeral arrangements. It was definitely a pleasure and you all feel like my family. Just keeping me in your thoughts even after has truly been wonderful. Again, Thank You All So Much for being there for me during my time of bereavement. Ms. Nash did a beautiful job with my mother and all the arrangements. She is very professional, kind and gentle. Ms. Nash added a "personal touch" to everything making sure my mother looked natural and nice in her casket. She even on down matched colors within the viewing room. The programs were absolutely beautiful. I still can't believe my mother has passed on but I am very pleased with Ms. Nash. I recommend this business for your family's "after death" care. Very Kind and Open-Hearted Staff. Did a very , and i mean VERY great job on my great-grandmother and many other family members. Excellent and helps many families take the grieving process a little easier knowing our loved ones were laid to rest. Big thanks to Ms. Claudia Nash and Charisse Woods!
Terrible service. You better hope that your loved one passes away during business hours, not at 12;30am, 2:15am, or 3:00am as I have experienced with them, because this horrendous funeral home will leave the deceased to sit where they are instead of picking them up as they should. In my job Hospice RN I deal with almost all the area funeral homes and blatantly not answering your phone is 100% unprecedented for a business like this. On top of that, they dont even have a professional messsage on their voice-mail and it just sounds like some random person, mumbling a name. Its impossible to ascertain if you are even leaving a message at the correct number. I googled it and sure enough, thats their number and their message. I would have let that slide if they had called me back in a timely manner so I could let the grieving family know what on earth was going on. I was so embarrassed and it had nothing to do with me but I wanted to take good care of this poor bereaved family who had just lost a very close relative. There are certain businesses that you chose to go into knowing that the work hours will not normally be 9-5. Emts, Teachers, Nursing, and yes, the funeral home business are some of those!! If you agree to work these jobs, you are agreeing to work odd hours because that is what is needed!! People do not just pass away when its convenient!! I have also dealt with this funeral home in other situations and I felt their staff was short with some of the family members and dis not take the needed time to fully explain aspects of what would transpire and what should be expected. This funeral home has terrible customer service!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

WOW!!! They are a great staff. Shen Williams is great a what is job is. The staff was very professional, very caring and over all made me feel like I was family. The whole team took there time handle my hand and walked through to whole process with no problems. The arrangements for my love one was mind blowing in the best way. I got things from there funeral home that would have cost me thousands. That cost me anything. They was very cost efficientLOW PRICES. But you get so much in your package it make your head spin. I love nash funeral home Mrs. Nash is a wonderful person she help me put my baby girl to rest and she made me feel like family my daughter was a twin her sister was still in the hospital when my baby funeral was happen Mrs. Nash, Emond Shepherd nd her staff made it possible for my daughter that was in the hospital to see the funeral and we was able see my other baby the whole time it was like i had both my babies in the same room again i want to thank everyone at nash funeral home for everything
