Not available to provide customer service the same day as when I called, ended up costing me a lot of money. I mistakenly ordered from them without realizing the delivery address was not included in their list of areas they deliver to on their website it lists several zip codes and says they ONLY deliver to those areas. I didn’t realize this until the day of, so I tried to call and cancel but couldn’t get through to anyone. I ended up ordering from another florist and paid a lot for same day delivery, only for my original order from Nashville Florist to be delivered as well. If they weren’t slow to provide customer service, they could have let me know that they DO in fact deliver to my area, then I wouldn’t have placed another expensive order with another florist. They did refund the $30 delivery fee, although I’m not pleased with how this situation turned out.
Placed a delivery order on a Friday afternoon. Owner, Tracy, contacted me on Saturday morning to say that my order had come in too late for delivery that day and due to the holiday, the next day it could be delivered was Wednesday. They offered to refund me and cancel my order or to throw in an upgrade at no extra charge. I appreciated the proactive outreach very much! On Wednesday morning my sister sent a photo of the beautiful arrangement next to a lovely box of chocolates. Happy all around.
Flowers were not delivered at all even though I placed my order two weeks in advance. Terrible service. Lack of communication and professionalism. I called to ask if my flowers will be delivered because it was quite late almost 7 pm and they told me that will be delivered at the end of the day and that they will call me back to confirm, they never did. They don’t even call me next day to apologize or let me know the status. I called them back next day several times because they don’t answer the phone to track orders only to place an order and they told me that they did not deliver my flowers. Don’t waste your time and please DO NOT order from here, terrible service.
Tracy handled my out of state order very well. there was a minor complication that was quickly resolved. And I was offered a refund due to missing a time frame but i decided to just alter the deadline since it wasnt very time sensitive. So after i agreed to change up the time frame she made sure it got there herself by getting it delivered instead of picked up. Great service and communication. She turned this frown upside down! This is the first review I've ever left online. The people at Nashville Florist went above and beyond to rectify a recent failed delivery attempt. Not only did they refund my money, which I was more than pleased with, but they delivered a beautiful arrangement a few days later, much to my surprise and to the delight of my fiancée. Thank you so much Nashville Florist, you've definitely earned a repeat customer!
Very friendly people, They went above and beyond my expectations with kindness. The flowers i bought for my girlfriend were so well put together and pretty they almost didnt make it to her thought about keeping them for myself Overall very satisfied with customer service and presentation Highly recommend using her I i know i will again

Horrible horrible, hopefully the the funeral homes will stop directing business here. I paid $135 for a large basket display with frest cut flowers for my aunt's funeral. Only to recieve a small table top basket about 6 inches in diameter with no fresh cut flowers. It was such an embarrassment. They said they would be happy to redeliver 3 days after the funeral. SMH. Buyer beware when ordering flowers from the funeral homes website if they use these guys. I looked at the funeral home florest sign in sheet to verify that this company was the one who delivered.
Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order Wednesday for a funeral service Friday. Requested to have it delivered on Thursday to the home. Upon arrival on Friday noticed my arrangement was not there. This pillow was to be given to the granddaughter of the deceased after the service for a keepsake. First call placed to florist was informed that it was delivered and to check with the home. It was not and funeral home had no check in signature from this florist. Called florist back and was only being connected to a order line whom couldn't help this necessary situation but was informed an email can be sent to the owner. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that I needed to get a hold of someone immediately that the services had already begun. Owner nor any employees were available for immediate customer service issues. After 2 more calls placed I decided to drive to the shop as it was only 3 min away only to be greeted with a closed business. I then received a call back from a heather not sure what position she held with this business who found my order and it was being delivered as we speak. So it was never delivered as first stated By then the services were 3/4 over. When I was handed the pillow by the funeral director I was appaled!!! The roses on it were sizes of dimes, wilted, and horrible. They were supposed to be bloomed larger roses. I paid for the upgraded deluxe version and this wasn't even up to the standard option. To say the embarrassment I felt giving these to the family was an understanment. This florist offered no apology call nor reimbursement for the late delivery or anything for that matter. I wish I would have taken a picture of it to present how terrible this arrangement was. $80 paid and wasted. Do not recommend.
the worst experience ever with this shop, two days trying to contact them on their number to know what the status of my order and nobody is answered me. they ruined my valentine's day because they didn't deliver the flowers at all. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS !! is this your way to gain a customer's satisfaction? Do you know what it means that your partner didn't receive flowers on valentine's day ... it's a big problem
