Some of the other negative reviews are shocking to me tbh. I've had an amazing experience with Nasty Baggers. They have better prices than other vendors, they have great discount opportunities with coupon codes, their products arrive fast, and their customer service was top notch. Their customer service was honestly the best part of my experience. They are fast, thorough, diligent, respectful, and overall very pleasant to deal with. I ordered the Rockford Fosgate stage 4 system for my street glide and they were able to ship it to me ahead of schedule. To top it off, they called me to ask me my sizes so they can send me free Nasty Baggers swag; I'll be rocking that gear on my pony. Without a doubt I will be giving my business to them again. Highly highly recommend.
Terrible experience. I can't really rate the products because I have yet to receive them. Ordered a couple hats 3 weeks ago and never recieved my stuff. Made several attempts at e mailing them with no response. Called a few times. No answer. Left a message or two. Never returned my call. Not even sure if this a real company at this point. Had some real cool products advertised on the website but think it's a scam at this point. At least it's just a couple hats it seems I got ripped off for and not a bigger order I guess.
I placed order on April 19th 2021 for a hat and hoodie. Still says order waiting for fulfillment. They got my money said they sent email and i didn’t get it. Couldn’t went to spam. Spoke to them on phone and they apologized for the delay regarding distribution process and my items were on the way. They are the best to work with and buy from. True American company. I dealt with them in past and was very pleased then as I am now.
Finally got my Rockford sound system installed here. Extremely happy with quality and service. Went above and beyond for me. Thank you everyone at the nasty bagger team.
Placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything from anyone. Have left messages on the voicemail and on the website. If I can get an update ony order, that would be great. *Update- got a call from the owner himself about my order. Man, what a nice guy. Don't really see the owners calling customers personally anymore. Great guy.
It's been 2 months since my Shift linkage was ordered. I was told that it would be shipped out this past Saturday or Monday. Here is Thursday and still nothing. They said once it was shipped out we would get an email with a tracking Number, and it took two to 3 days to reach its destination. If you want something for your scoot, don't order from them. Oh by the way, they say 6 weeks, not the case. Update: The first one I got was a hot mess! Burrs, and bent! They reordered a replacement, was supposed to have it last week, still nothing! Avoid them at all costs! Update: It took some time, but the owner of the company spoke to me personally and I finally got an amazing product. After speaking with the owner he also sent me in my old lady four high quality Nasty Bagger shirts. My old lady is not big on crew neck Ts, but the lady's shirts are soft material and styled nicely.
My wife and I were in town on vacation from Colorado Springs. We were beyond excited to be able to stop by the Nasty Baggers store. I’m not sure I have ever experienced better customer service. I wanted to buy a couple of T-shirt’s as well as a couple of the plaid casual shirts. I couldn’t find shirts with the particular logo combinations I wanted, so the Nasty Baggers team actually customized shirts for me while we waited.. I know that is probably not the norm because they were very busy, so I can’t thank them enough. Such an awesome experience with a really great company!! Bobby & Isa Block
Service is not the best. I ordered my shift linkage a couple months ago and have tried continuously to get an update by calling and emailing with no response. I have yet to receive a update or tracking number 7weeks later. Item was paid for in full and I haven’t heard from them nor been able to contact them since that day.
The craftsmanship is awesome but they take forever to complete your order and deliver your item, I've ordered twice from them, first time too at least a month and now this second time is 3 days shy of a month. If you have the time to wait then by all means, the work is worth the wait but if you need it now, don't hold your breath.
Went to Nasty Baggers to Have a custom linkage made, when I walk in the door the staff was great and everyone was in a great mood. This place rocks end up buying my linkage and grabbing some cool gear. I will definitely be back!
