Sweet Success is now focusing exclusively on its cookie line!
Through our partnership with Natalie’s Cakes and More, our original cookie recipes are now made and sold through her Ferguson bakery. Furthermore, we are expanding our impact through Natalie’s Sweet Success transitional training program!
100% of all profits are used to equip youth with job training, education and access to college scholarships to achieve their dreams! Participants of this program will have access to our evidence-based curriculum which educates the youth by providing personal and professional development skills. Through the class the youth will create a Life Plan that is the roadmap to help define and attain their goals. They will then transition to a 90-day paid training at Natalie’s bakery to learn customer service, baking, and safe food-handling skills all while working in an on-the-job format. Connections to Success and Natalie’s Cakes and More will continue to support the participants in their journey as they succeed in life and break the cycle of poverty.
