Nate Peterson Law PLLC is owned and operated by Attorney Nate Peterson and his staff. Nate is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. In addition to private practice, he is an adjunct instructor at Boise State University teaching business law and an Army Judge Advocate serving as a trial defense specialist in the Idaho Army National Guard. Nate graduated from BSU where he was the student body president. He graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law where he was a Thomas More Scholar and recipient of the School's award for outstanding public service. Prior to private practice, Nate completed an appellate clerkship at the Nevada Supreme Court under Justice Mark Gibbons and a trial court clerkship at the Ada County District Court under Judge Richard Greenwood.
