So happy this place was opened on Easter morning. We stopped for quick breakfast before hitting the road back home. Both had Egg Benedicts and it was delicious! The staff is very friendly and the view was just incredible for breakfast. Good value! I wish I could go back more often.

I love the walk-up-counter/shack thing! Kudos to the keeping is simple and real. And there is another side to Nate's with a few simple tables. The hamburgers were the positive part of this culinary experience. The chicken fingers ordered by my daughter were fine. The reason we visited Nate's was a recommendation on the street for their lobster roll. Now, l contend that lobster is overrated in the shellfish family. I have had excellent lobster, and Nate's lobster roll was ordinary at best maybe a bad day at Nate's? Not well prepared - flavorless. The roll was the smallest hotdog roll I've ever seen, so the limited meat was hard to manage. And all for $20 before tax. Not worth it. Coincidentally, the kids burger which came with a packet of potato chips was identical to the adult burger for less money.

Great prices and great food.  Conveniently located across from the beach, this place serves delicious food for breakfast and lunch.  For breakfast, we had the french toast and nates breakfast sandwich which was stuffed with huge chunks of avocado.  For lunch, we had the lobster roll and haddock sandwich which was buttery and accompanied by tasty taster sauce.

Nate’s is a cozy breakfast place with amazing views and even better food.This is the most enjoyable breakfast experience I’ve had in a long time!

Went there for breakfast.  Nice little brunch and very busy. Was serving people left and right really fast. But don't let that stop you from going. Even though that are fast the food is on point. I had a veggie omelet, bacon, home fries and toast. My significant other had the chocolate  chip pancakes, eggs, bacon and home fries. All really good and very well priced too.

FANTASTIC!!! A must go to place. Right out in front of Front Beach in Rockport, Mass. Best place I've been to in a long time.

Nate's is a great little spot that we found driving around after our breakfast plans in Gloucester were bust. One of my favorite places in downtown Gloucester was just a super long wait so we decided to see what other local flavors we could find. Just a few minutes north we found Nate's. With just a few tables and a great view of the ocean, you're in for a treat. It was prime time and the wait was only a few minutes which led to a delicious breakfast. I had the Front Beach omelet with home fries and raisin toast and I was happy with every bite. A nice seasoning on the fries and the eggs were fluffy and light.  This place is worth the extra 6 minutes it will take you to get to it.

My wife and I visited Rockport for a weekend getaway.  Nate's was within walking distance.  We decided to stop in at about 7:15 am.  So glad we did,  the place is small so it fills up fast.  The food was great , the portions were decent size and the price was reasonable.  There was one waitress the 1st day we went and two the 2nd day.  Very polite and friendly.  The locals were just as friendly as we greeted each with Good Morning.  Its right across the street from Front beach.  My wife and I both walked away contentedly full.

Awesome service. Generous portions. Fresh ingredients and one of the best lobster rolls around. The fried seafood is terrific. I highly recommend Nate's. The breakfasts are also terrific.

Food was great. Service was very friendly and got our food quick. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They also have a takeout window if you want to grab something to eat across the street at the beach.
