Nathans was amazing i had my IPhone 6 fixed there he gave me a great price i bought a case and a tempered glass all for $170.00 + some tax. He also bought my old phone witch he took off on the repair cost so i walk out only paying $80.00. NATHANS IS THE BEST. I will send everyone down there. Recommend this place before anyone else COME SEE NATHANS IN NAMPA OR MERIDIAN
I came in may to get my iPhone 6 Plus fixed and my initial experience was great. How ever, my phone quality has gone down sometimes my speaker doesn’t work. And my phone just barely fell off my lap and hit the floor and it cracked the protector and my screen. I called the guy to see if there was any warranty. And he was extremely rude saying no. I spend $130 dollars and even know my speaker goes out and I can’t hold a conversation with anyone. Will never use him again
Took 2 phones to get fixed they both worked for less than 24 hrs. Took them back and he is nothing but a used car salesmen. I asked a question and he responded rude as hell. Please do not go he is very shady. The truth is that I had my daughter with me and had to threaten to involve the police in order to get my daughters phones or refund. Comical that this man accuses name calling considering I had my daughter and simply refuse to be hustled. We ended up taking the phones to the other place in the front and they fixed them with no issues.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had, went to sell my iPhone 6 they offered 130 for it, the guy told me I had to have a confirmation that I had no more payments on the phone, I went to my carrier and they said I didn't need one. Then the guy says we can offer 100 which I was still fine with and then he calls his boss says I don't know if I trust her right in front of me and then he keeps looking at the phone and says there's water damage and has me listen to the speaker, I don't think there's anything wrong with it, and he says well I work with phones all day so I know more. Then he says well I'm not going to offer anything for it, wasted more then an hour for nothing, went to Idaho repair by the karcher mall entrance they offered me 150 and I was in and out in 10 mins. If you want fast and easy service do not go to Nathan's cellular.
I went in with a badly cracked screen and a damaged lCD. The lady told me it would be $130 to fix both of them but then informed me that there would be a 50/50 chance that after she replaced it the home button would not work anymore. Then she explained to me that she did a couple yesterday and the home button didn’t work on any of them then said she did it one time and the home button still worked. Should have read the other reviews before I went in to see what kind of customer service this store has. I was not about to pay $130 for a 50/50 chance of my phone having more problems than it did before I gave them my money. Given the home button and all other buttons worked completely fine before going in. Decided to go to ubreakifix across the freeway and I was greeted with complete honesty and reassurance. I informed the worker about my incident with the 50/50 chance scenario and he agreed that Nathan’s cellular is a shady place. For only $10 more I had my screen and lcd replaced perfectly with reassurance of no chance of my home button not working. They ran a full diagnostic test on my phone to ensure that everything was working perfectly before they returned it to me. A privilege Nathan’s cellular doesn’t offer. Goes to show what low experience and cheap product Nathan’s cellular offers given they could’ve broken my phone more than it was for $130. Anyone reading please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere just read all of the reviews and the arrogant owners responses!!! Edit: since the owner decided to accuse me of lying it just so happens that the broken phone we took in was recording a video. Since the lcd was broken we had no idea and upon it being repaired we discovered the video documenting the entire visit with mostly just audio. The phone was broken about 30 minutes prior to bringing it in so we now have a 2 hour long video of the entire experience start to finish which I will be editing and posting to YouTube as evidence. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Guess it doesn’t apply with a delusional and horribly rude owner.
Nathan sold me a defective cheap screen. It wasn't even working properly when I left his store, and he told me I could come back the next day if it still didn't work, which I did. The next day, the owner talked down to me and when I stood up for myself he refused to help me and proceeded to shove my phone back at me saying he would not help me and to get the hell out of his store. I proceeded to call him a name out of frustration and anger, to which he cussed back at me and called me a "piece of s***" and told me I'm the problem. VERY bad customer service, if any; warranty is nonexistent see their receipts; patronizing owner Nathan, I assume; and the fact that all of these reviews all line up yet the owner continues to bash customers and their experiences in the comments really shows what kind of crooked business is being run here. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
The people who are working here are very easy to talk to about any problems I am having and they fixed my stylo 2 plus that had a broken screen. Nice and friendly. Will always go to Nathan's Cellular for my cases and more.
I went to Nathan's tonight with a broken screen on my IPhone. The guy who served me I forgot to ask his name - how rude! couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. A smash burger later I had a repaired phone $79.99 and an armored screen. Like new! Thank you helpful person! You are a hero and you saved my day!
Never seen a buisness owner have less respect for his customers. Not to mention he refuses to acknowledge a single complaint, the proof can be seen in these majority 1 star reviews where he proceeds to defend his actions or outright deny that any of it ever happened. You ask all these people to stop spreading their "lies" how about you stop spreading yours and acknowledge your majority 1 star reviews as your fault, not your clients
