Dr. Heinsohn is an incredible dentist! The staff are extremely friendly, the office is beautiful, and the equipment is all new and up-to-date. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in his office, even though I was very nervous about coming in for a filling. Dr. Heinsohn is a very caring practitioner. Highly, highly recommend!
I have been going to Nathan for over two years now. He is the best all around dentist I've ever been to. He is beyond friendly, yet always proffessional. The office is very modernized and is extremely clean. And the sweet beautiful girls at the front always make me feel so welcome too. My Kids and I always look forward to our dental visits!
The best of the best! My mother was so scared of going to the dentist until she found Dr. Heinsohn, she was amazed that he would just take his time and explain to her the treatment options. The day of her appointment he took his time with her to make sure she was comfortable! Now today my mother loves coming to see Dr. Heinsohn.
Very personable guy, but not much of a dentist, and it's a horribly unorganized practice, that can never seem to get the billing paperwork correct, and staffed with mostly inexperienced, young girls, which I blame on him, not them! He's actually more of a referral agency than a dentist, as every time I've ever been there, I've been referred to another practice to get the work done, which means another appointment, and more time & twice the cost! I used to go to Dr. Pasco at the same location, and in twenty years+, I think he referred me out once, because I had a tricky, curved root, root canal to be done, which was a challenge, even for the most experienced endodontist in town, where I ultimately went! I only went here in the first place because I was comfortable being in the same place that I had come to for many, many years...but never, ever again, NEVER, even if my life depended on it! You're better off at one of the cheesy chains like Delta Dental, Aspen Dental or Dental Works!
Dr. Heisohn is great. It is a nice, new office with very friendly staff. Not only did they make me feel comfortable during my visit, I could tell that he is very passionate about his work and clients. He did my check up and whitened my wife's teeth. They look great. We look forward to many more years working with them.
Awesome experience! Had a tooth in need of a filling. Dr Heinsohn explained my treatment options, the procedure for each and the consequences of doing nothing in clear terms I could easily understand. His entire staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
I have always liked the dentist and have been going with my family to this location over 2 years but today, the day before my son was scheduled to go in for some X-rays, I was contacted by some lady in their office stating as effective since last week, they no longer accept my insurance plan and that they offer payment plans if I still wanted to come in for my son's schedule appointment. I have never been told less than 1 day before an appointment that an insurance company has been dropped and then to have the audacity to suggest I arrange a payment plan. In most cases in the past when this happens, I have been sent a letter way in advance of the practice indicating that they were dropping an insurance plan to allow for time for the person to make plans to reschedule with another practice within their insurance plan. In fact, when I called my insurance to locate another provider in the area, they informed me this dentist practice has never contacted them to inform them that they will no longer accept patients from their plan. How unprofessional of this practice. Find a dentist in Knoxville and don't bother with this practice unless you want to be treated rudely and abruptly dropped by them without enough prior notice. Now it will take weeks if not months to get my son in with a new dentist when he is having problems with molars that are coming in when there is no space for the molars. Thanks ALOT!
- 5 Took my 60 yr old disabled dad to this place. The staff was rude and the girls behind the counter had the Im 16 intitled owed everything they want atituded. My dad had a opinion about not wanting to sign the section about being late or canceling appts because they want to charge a large fee and also he don't have a car so he depends on others for rides so if he's late or don't show it's out of his control. Also if a Dr's office cancels or wants to rescedule you don't get to charge a fee or your gas refunded for the waste of trip or your time. So he was explaning his opinion and they told him if he did not int. The paper they could not see him so he was forced to sign in order to be seen or he could leave. So he signed all paper work. We sat and waited for 30 mins for the Dr. to come out and tell my father to leave or he would call the police on him. The so called Dr. and the teenage girls in the back was hurt by my fathers opinion and His American right to speak about the over the top fees they want to charge disabled older folks. So if you have questions or an opinion or feel the need to speak about somthing you feel is wrong. Know in this office with this staff you have no rights and no American rights of freedom of speech. A one star is the lowest but if a -5 was avalible thats what i would like to rate. -5
Dr. Heinsohn is so nice. He has great bedside manner and that goes a long way with me. Also, there is something very soothing about him.
Dr Heinsohn is a very compassionate and professional dentist. I would highly recommend going to see him if you want a honest opinion
