Family Pharmacy, Inc. was founded in 1999 and is one of the largest independent pharmacy groups in Massachusetts with 5 locations in the Commonweatlh; Natick, Worcester, Gardner, Fitchburg, and Leominster.

We are an independently owned and operated pharmacy. We accept more than 5000 Health Insurance Plans. We also accept all Medicare Part D plans and all third party insurance including CVS Caremark, SilverScript, AARP and Express Scripts.

We also offer FREE DELIVERY within 10 miles of our location.

I recommend everyone I know to have their prescriptions filled at Natick Family Pharmacy.  They are the best!  They are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and free delivery.  I have gone from a doctor's office to the pharmacy and my meds are already waiting for me.  They always followup with a phone call and even diagnosed a cough I had to a medication I was taking!  I have a family member who takes numerous medications that are always changing and they are right on top of every change.  I can't say enough good  thinks about them!

Very customer focused, and very willing to handle complex medication issues. They handle blister packs of a very complex nature for my parents, and have been willing to go above and beyond many times. This is a true pharmacy, not the place to go for random non-pharmaceutical items.

No queues/ waits, far more personal service than at larger, chain stores, decent opening hours if not open late every night, happy to answer any questions

The first time I went they didn't have my medication but I made allowances for that. For the following three months every time it came the time for me to refill my prescription the woman who worked there would again have forgotten to order my medication. Bad inventory maintenance
