Natick Service Plaza

Stopped by on a Sunday around 6:30pm. Place was empty. The gas station convenience store was open with some good snack options. McDonald’s was open but the food was stale and old like it was sitting there for hours. The cheesy street grill was open as well, everything else closed. They had vending machines and massage chairs. Plenty of parking. Plenty of gas pumps available. There was also a Dunkin’ Donuts in the parking lot that was a drive thru. And drive thru McDonald’s.

Half the restaurants closed on a busy Friday afternoon? Disappointing. Only McDonalds and a Grilled Cheese place were open, plus a small overpriced convenience store - limited food options. The grilled cheese I opted for was good, though that's a note for another review. Any port in a storm, though, when you're on the highway and need to use a bathroom. About what you would expect for public restrooms these days - not clean but not particularly dirty either at least on the day I was there.

Nice plaza to stop at while on a trip. Good food choices, clean bathrooms, I suggest use of the massage chair.

Multiple 24hour drive thru signs everywhere dont be fooled! FALSE ADVERTISING! 10 hour road trip finally find a mcds for some breakfast and coffee but to our surprise people were there inside working but not responding to the speaker and ignoring us at the window.. very disappointed doesn't even deserve 1 star!

Excellent rest stop we always visit on the Pike. Store, gas, clean restrooms and fun dining choices inside/outside/drive thru too.

Pretty clean plenty of parking. Well lit places to get food and convince store plus gas and diesel.

I travel a lot. Like early 100%of my life. I have been in hundreds of rest areas. This one always catches me off guard the uncleanness of the restrooms is notable.

Hey they have big bathrooms and gas, not great food options but ...it's a highway rest stop. Also be warned the MA toll readers don't always work. My NY EZ Pass was read on the way to Boston but not on the way back west. So I get a bill in the mail and have to pay an extra charge . ..:

Free public restrooms. Everything else is secondary.

Restrooms have always been clean here, I've probably stopped about 30 times here. Very convenient to stop at right before hitting Boston on the road.
