I have enjoyed my time at National bank. I want to specifically thank Winzel for all his hard-work in creating a safe space for me to meet my financial targets. He was helpful in my goals to reduce debt, plan a savings strategy and have a better financial situation overall. He has also helped me rectify situations a few times when certain services were handled poorly by another staff member. I am truly grateful for the services offered at national bank. My first encounter was having a car loan and I just stuck around after that because of the quality of customer service I have received so far.
someone was able to open an account in my name after my drivers license went missing in the mail. the day i recd the bank card i went to your bank and let them know i had nothing to do with opening the account. i was told by the lady in front that the account had already been flagged or something, and that i didn't need to worry. that was in april. i have now recd a letter dated may 6th, stating i have an overdraft of 100.92$ since april 5th and that they were going to close the account... so, after i was told not to worry by you people, no one even closed the account and now i'm being told i owe money... and the cherry on top, is i have now been on hold for over an hour waiting to speak with your fraud dept. AND i was told folx get disconnected all the time. thx for this experience national bank. Edit: no, i don't facebook. but you expecting me to contact you through facebook explains why folx can get away with this.
Worst banking experience I’ve ever had, customer service is absolutely terrible and 0 help. Their security team is foolish, they refuse to assist you and then when you call back they just hang up lol. They’re open at the most inconvenient times of the week. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to not a single soul unless you’re 90 and do nothing with your life. And if you get an agent by the name of bachir good luck lol definitely the worst customer service possible from a human being this bank is just the worst don’t trust them with your money unless you want endless problems and frustration
Great staff, great service. And finally I received my wire transfer while different banks failed. It's good to have manager who can dedicate time to your issue and solve them!
My partner and I have recently opened a personal account with National and we had a great experience with this branch. Amit, the branch advisor, was a great help walking us through different account options and available promotions and gave us the chance to decide the best option. He was always available to answer our questions through email with a one-day response time which was very convenient and satisfying. He also gave me a call whenever I had a question to provide me with right answers that I was looking for. I personally think this is the better way of treating the clients compared to other known banks that you have to wait a long time to get back from them with template answers.
They closed 20 minutes early today. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00 on Wednesday but the employees had the security gate closed at 4:40. Spent 45 minutes in traffic trying to get there before they closed. Very frustrating.
5 stars for Zoey and Teller lady only. Was extremely difficult to get in touch with someone to pay off loan early. Left messages on 4 different numbers to call. All seemed to be the same recording, head office perhaps. Finally ZOEY phoned me back after calling a local number and advised me on how I could take care of things. The following day I had to drive to city. Everything was in order for me to just pay, get receipt and carry on with my day. The ladies there are an absolute pleasure to deal with and we’re very knowledgeable. This was a snowmobile loan from a dealer yami , the only downside to financing a snowmobile purchase is not being able to pay off a loan when you make a call 5 days earlier. This effected my purchase of the one I wanted. It was sold during the time it took me to pay off my other loan early. I should note I DID GET CALLS BACK....they were automated surveys for service provided....... yeah. Drove me nuts. Summary, go directly to branch. Don’t even bother with phoning. Ladies are pleasant, very apologetic and despite loosing the machine I wanted in stock was happy with the service from them directly.
Horrible customer service. Nothing like a line up with only one teller open and two people staring at screens, not taking care of actual customers that are present. The National Bank credit card issuer instructs you to attend a branch if you have problems. The branch claims to be unable to help. Have a new card and pin sent in the mail... Come back to finally have the problem fixed and discover that with a little bit of thinking they could have actually helped you two weeks ago without going through the hassle of getting the replacement card. I have no idea why anyone would bank here.
Used to have great employees that cared about customer service. I am all about diversity but they hired an Asian branch manager and the service has been awful since then. It is like reverse racism, they only hire Asian employees now. What happened to the friendly neighborhood branch in my community? Will be transferring out all my business.
Phenomenal customer service. The staff members treat clients with the utmost respect and courtesy. I have never had a bad experience here, and this particular branch really shines above the service level of its competitors. Highly recommended!
