National Car Rental

I am a National Emerald Club member. I rented at the Quad Cities International Airport. I had the same agent when I picked up the car and dropped it off. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. National was very accomodating to my changing travel needs, giving me two rental extensions and adjusting my final cost when I returned the car early. I made use of their phone service and their App and found both to work very well. Thank you for the great service.

Great service and nice selection of cars. Being an emerald club me ever allows me to more through the rental process smoothly and get in my way quickly.

I recently was stranded at O'Hare at midnight with food poisoning. I had been sick the whole flight and could barely walk, never mind drag my luggage around the massive airport anymore. The National Rental agents on staff the night of 12/29-12/30 at 1:00 a.m. CAME DOWNSTAIRS WITH A WHEELCHAIR and brought me back to the desk!!! The guy in charge was SO PROFESSIONAL, gracious and helpful, I can't sing his praises enough. PLEASE find out who he is and give him a raise! He was OUTSTANDING. I couldn't get anyone else to help me in that airport. He did everything he possibly could and it was everything I needed to be able to make it home safely. Thank you so much.

very unreliable service and a total disrespect. We had reserved a car and put the flight information in our reservation, the flight got delayed for 1.5 hrs. When we arrived nobody was there and customers were left by themselves. other car rentals were staying up to late and helping customers but National/Enterprise were not there. It caused us a lot of problems as we were on a tight schedule for work. The next day we could stop by, and not only they were not apologetic, but they had cancelled the reservation too and had to rebook. Update: looking at the reviews from months ago seems they have been in that habit of not caring for customers for long! sorry that despite our status with National we need to switch to other companies, at least for Moline trips!

Picked up my vehicle and Loretta helped me out abs did a wonderful job getting me in and out while providing excellent customer service to the chamber before me and myself. Since she was busy with a customer when I got there, Courtney from Enterprise came over and talked with me while I waited wick was a nice touch. Novarro the manager made sure that I had a nice clean vehicle to drive on my trip to Chicago. Upon my return at Midway Curtis Howard, the manager there, made sure my return went smoothly. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

Highly disappointed. My dad was arriving on a Sunday night at 9:30pm. I called and spoke with someone on Friday night to make sure they would still be there for him to pick up his vehicle and the man was very polite and asked me to call back on Sunday to remind them. I called on Sunday morning waited on hold forever and finally got them. They said they would stay as long as the flight was on time. She even asked for his information. The flight was early and they had already left. He then had to wait 25 minutes for a cab to get him.

Picked up this one-way rental in Davenport. Staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! Needed cargo space and they helped me pick out the right vehicle. Dropped it in Omaha later that night--again, courteous, helpful, fast service even at 11pm! Definitely worth the trip. Thanks National!

NO EMERALD ISLE you have to go to the counter..!?!! Waited 30 mins in line, waited 45 more minutes for the car I had a reservation for. I received a compact when I reserved a full size, I’m just happy I got a car. Only thing that got them two stars.

This is a great place to rent a car, either when you fly into the airport, for a road trip, or just around town. Loretta is a treasure! She always takes great care of me and her other customers. The guys who work the night shift are good too. The vehicles are always in great shape. They are clean, well maintained, and have appropriate gear such as snow scrapers, etc.

I experienced A+ excellent service at this location today. My husband and I were picking up a vehicle and when we went to the lot to choose our car we ended up seeing a Durango. It looked ok but not too many options. We asked for help and the two ladies at the front desk wish I could remember their names! took the liberty of finding and quickly cleaning another Durango for us that was even nicer! 10/10 would recommend
