Great experience renting with National. I picked up a BMW X3 from the Executive section for an incredible rate. There was a small charge issue that was handled immediately. I have to thank the National employees for their excellent customer service. The car was super clean and a joy to drive for 3 weeks.
Rented a car from National for a week. Excellent car selection and ended up picking a almost new Toyota Camry with less than 1000miles.

Good service, with in and out car rental without delays. Newer cars are always available. I truly enjoy the Executive Elite privileges of just walking by the counter without stopping and selecting any car. The check out process when returning the car is very fast and friendly, perfect for business of family trip and specially when in a hurry.
Without a doubt the single best car rental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve rented from all the big names at plethora of locations and none compares to the SLC airport National. The car selection was seriously impressive. The executive aisle was packed with steals like GT Chargers, RT Challengers, several luxury SUVs, and an A4 which I took of course. The car was super clean and didn’t smell like they do at Avis or Budget. Checkout line was smooth and efficient on the way out. Lisa also made drop off a breeze with her friendliness and efficient work. Definitely renting with National next time!
As a new Emerald club member, I really enjoyed the experience. I skipped the counter and right to the kiosk near the cars and was shown a line of cars and told that I could pick any of them. This was really nice as we needed something that could seat 4 people and a car seat comfortably with plenty of room for luggage. One of the vehicles was a perfect match for our needs and we loaded our bags and drove away very satisfied. Thanks for the option of choosing!
Nice selection of vehicles in the Emerald Aisle. Always love picking up and going. They do have employees directing where to go upon arrival in the parking garage as well, which was nice. Drop off was super easy and efficient, with great customer service as well.
At SLC airport national did NOT have a huge line others did. Score. Got to pick out my own car - which was great. Grabbed a new jeep Cherokee. Clean and in perfect shape. Getting out was easy. And returning was even easier. I"m new to National but will be a customer in the future.
National makes everything so easy when I rent a car. I almost always use the Emerald Aisle feature where I can pick any car I like in that section. A couple quick scans as I'm leaving the lot and I'm on my way. Check in is even easier when I drop my car off. The attendant does a quick scan of everything on the vehicle, double checks my total with me and I'm on my way.
This was an amazing car rental experience, different then the rest. Our plane landed at Salt Lake City, Utah airport and we went to pick up our rental car. There was no line, even on a busy holiday weekend. The lady who helped us was very outgoing, nice, and knew her job well. The process was smooth and efficient. We went to pick up the car in the garage and the guy who was getting us to the car options was friendly, also. He showed us our options and we were able to choose from three different options which were all great. We picked this one for fun even though we typically don’t go for red. We felt like trying out something new and different. We aren’t into boxy SOUL cars either !! But, tis the adventure vibe when traveling to a new place. We just went with it, we didn’t HAVE to. Turns out it’s a great vehicle and has surprised us in many ways. It’s roomy, drives like a car, but feels like an SUV. Anyways, the check out process was fast and we were on our way to make some new memories. We are on day two of using the rental and it was very clean. We will definitely use National Car Rental again. This was fairly priced and booked a few weeks in advance.
