I had work done by this company in 2020 a new breaker box installed and now some of my lights are night coming on. They say they stand behind their work 100%. I called and left a message explaining what was going on I didnt get a return call back just texting back and forth. I asked for a call back. Minimally quality customer service would lend to calling customers back. I finally got a call back, text him a copy of the breaker box he told me he would come that day. He never showed or never called back. I text a few days later saying maybe you were busy asking when he would come. It's been a week and i havent heard back. It's very sad to have to chase down a company to fix work they messed up.

I chose this company based on the MANY 5 star reviews. Robert and another man came out and restored the power to my garage door opener. While writing up my receipt, Robert asked for my phone. When he left, I was surprised to see that he went on google WITH MY PHONE and gave himself 5 stars. Yes, the work was done but this is dishonest.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
