I needed an old scissor lift rebuilt. I took the cylinders and hoses to National Hydraulics in Doraville. Art stepped out of the door and greeted us right away, explained what type of cylinders I had, and said they'd take care of it. Less than 24 hours later I was called and told my hoses were tested and came out good & my 2 older style cylinders are rebuilt and ready for pick-up! The cost to replace my lift was over $23,000 and I was out the door for a few hundred dollars. I re-installed the units and my lift is operational for the 1st time in 3 years! last year I went to national hydraulics with cylinder that they have repacked previously to be fix again because the nut that olds the rod came off ending with the rod out of the cylinder first they said the cylinder was good and they were able to fix it, but as soon as I left the place they call and said they wasn't able to do it so went back picked up the cylinder took it to another shop and they fix it within an hour, they said there was no signs of lock tight from the previously repair and that the nut was probably left loose, I'm glad I took the cylinder to that other shop even that was an hour drive they charged me 80 dollars compared to what national hydraulic was trying to charge 350, conclusion I gave national hydraulic a second opportunity because its the nearest hydraulic shop to my location but they wasted

I took my hydraulic pump ,spend about a month and They don’t give me any courtesy call I went there and they told me can’t find parts for it,I took it to other place Monday and Wednesday morning was ready,this guys are a joke!!
