Historic National Road/ Author Zane Grey/ Zanesville Art Pottery
We are three museums in one contained in a building modeled after a frontier fort. Firstly, we contain the history of the first federally funded highway in the United States, the National Road, which ran from Cumberland, MD, to Vandalia, IL. Secondly, we are the original Zane Grey museum, celebrating the Western author's life. Finally, we have a stunning collection of Ohio Art Pottery, featuring Weller, Roseville, and J.B. Owens.
To interpret and educate the public on our topics.
