"I am a Lee County native and graduate of Pennington High School, class of 1989. I am an alumnus of the University of Virginia, Milligan College, Missouri State University, the University of Arkansas and Capella University. I've spent the better part of my adult career working for some of the leading Fortune 500 companies in the Midwest serving in various positions in management and engineering. I needed information on insurance plans to go with my Medicare benefits and Mullins Insurance in Norton, VA, immediately set me up an appointment with James Miller. We met at the Norton office and he explained all the options that I had and the benefits of each compared to the others.He explained simply & clearly and answered all my questions. He was thorough and not confusing, even making a chart I could follow. He did an excellent job and I have much better insurance beginning in January! I’m extremely grateful for his help and professionalism. I will definitely be dealing with him in the future.

James Miller was great. He took a lot of time explaining all the details of different plans for my Medicare and other insurance options and answered my questions. Whole office was very nice and friendly!

Melissa Cochran was very professional and helpful and was able to get our insurance for our company very quickly. She gets our COI to us in a very timely matter and if we have questions she gets answers fast.

I could make this review extremely long winded but for sake of brevity I will keep it short. I have been on this planet for over 5 decades and been dealing with red tape, numerous companies, and individuals. But I can honestly say that I have never came across an individual that goes well above and beyond what could possibly be required of her by her company to help people. Donna Miller who handles health insurance at InsurePro is more than a breath of fresh air and I almost never give reviews of this type but if you are in need of insurance related help while, at the same time, having your faith in humanity uplifted and/or restored then contact this wonderful lady. She legitimately wants to help people in need with health insurance. And trust me, monetization has zero to do with it because she will even help people when there is nothing in it for her. She has a good heart, PERIOD. When she spent so much time over the phone to help me I knew I had to stick with her and she did the same in her office. Spending more time and being more thorough and explaining everything. And this was after I contacted 3 other companies, over the same matter, that cut me off short, gave me brief answers to my questions. Then I found Donna Miller and even now it's hard to believe the promptness and help she is giving me. And you can bet your life she is prompt in returning calls and emails. How she keeps up I don't know. Give this place a call for any health insurance needs, you won't be disappointed.

James Miller is very knowledgeable about the Medicare issues. The agency also carries our home and car coverage. He explains issues in “plain English”.

Lisa Stapleton helped us make several changes to our auto policy. She explained all of our options and was very thorough in looking for ways to get us the discounts we were eligible for. Definitely a good experience.  Planning to go back for a review of all of our policies soon.
