Fine Contemporary Native American Artwork. We are always open to custom orders. We do require full payment up front on all custom orders.
We are self-taught artists representing three Native American nations - Navajo, Ute Mountain Ute and Mescalero Apache. We are a mother and two daughters who love to create original, beautiful art. In addition to bead work, we do other jewelry making, painting, sculpture, pottery and leather crafts. We can bead pretty much anything! We use a variety of bead types and sizes and each piece is original. No two designs are alike, except by special request. We do custom work and our prices are variable and reasonable. We also barter! :-) All custom work requires payment up front. Repeat customers may be permitted to make a partial payment, at seller's discretion. Items, whether custom or in-stock, will ship when payment is received in full. In the case of PayPal pauments, this will be when payments have cleared and funds have been transferred to seller's bank account.
Once we have begun work on custom orders, any payments received become non-refundable. This is because much time planning, designing and obtaining supplies when necessary occurs even before actual beading begins. We commit to working on your order in one way or another as soon as details have been worked out between buyer and seller.
Shipping costs are additional, and are billed to buyer. We prefer to ship via U.S. Postal Service, but we can ship via United Parcel Service or Fed-Ex at buyer's request. However, this will result in higher shipping costs, which will be passed on to buyer. Shipping out of the U.S costs significantly more than in the U.S., takes additional time, and tracking can only be provided as far as the U.S. border. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed by seller. Once the packages are out of our hands, delays by shippers are not our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Tracking information will be provided to buyer when items are shipped. Insurance will be purchased at customer's request, and the cost will be added to buyer's bill.
Refunds will not be issued unless there is a problem with an order that is our fault. If you change your mind about your purchase after we have begun working on it, no refund will be issued.
We prefer to use PayPal in case of any dispute, either on buyer's part or ours.
We will do our best to complete your custom orders to your specifications and as quickly as possible. Please remember that you are ordering quality, hand-made, intricate work, which takes time to complete.
