In the face of crime, NCRJ exists to promote the righting of wrongs, and support the healing & inclusion of all affected parties. We are a program of CPD.
NCRJ's Core Belief: It is the core belief of NCRJ that conflict and crime within our community has a ripple effect that causes adverse effects to all parties involved, weakens community bonds, and negatively impacts public safety; and in response to the harm done victims, community, and offenders should equally be afforded the opportunity to express these impacts. In a collaborative effort, and when appropriate, the parties should work together to identify these harms and work toward reparation.
