The customer service is ridiculous. Attempting to purchase a single item and the person helping initiated conversation about the weather. When my positive feedback wasn't agreeable she insulted me physically and then insisted I should understand that weather is a trigger for her trauma. I just wanted to make my purchase and go, not act as therapist or be attacked.

I love that we have this place in town! The best customer service and very knowledgeable about the products.

This treasure is a must stop!! Not only is this location cozy, welcoming and offers a variety of anything you could ask for there is also an amazing helpful associate who is not only genuine but is an expert of the trade, I had about a million questions and I tend to be very picky and she was absolute attentive and listened and was able to find me exactly what I needed with ease. She provided resources that we would have had trouble finding on our own and welcomed us back to continue guiding us on our way to perfecting our homes routine to health. We most Def plan to return, this is our go to spot. Do not miss out on this sweet little store. I suggest it as a must see.

Really like this store. Small, however an excellent selection of products to choose from. Better yet, a friendly knowledgeable staff to help out. Plus, from firsthand experience, they will order anything you'd like from the various vendors if they don't stock it normally .

Came in, got exactly what I needed in minutes. Plus the super friendly workers there! Even if they don't have what I need at the time, they're always super friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough! I was even able to get an antibiotic for my rabbit here.

I have stopped in this store twice for a product I couldn’t get anywhere else in town. Both times they had what I needed and the staff was very friendly.
