Went in today for snacks! I wanted a sweet treat and good popcorn! I found the lemon tart, and it was absolutely delicious! The popcorn was awesome! I finished the entire bag! The ladies working the front of the store, were very helpful and friendly! Customer service was excellent!

It was my first time here. Kinda pricey. Bought a couple of things. Bought these no dairy or meatless tamales for my daughter. I'm looking forward to seeing if they are delicious. These stores are not in California or where I live. I don't know if I'll visit again. Nice place to buy organic food.

I normally do not leave reviews but this individual deserves the recognition. I have been shopping at Natural Grocers for about two years and it’s an experience that I look forward to. What I truly love about this grocery store, specifically this location, is the personalized experience I often receive. When you shop at places like Whole Foods or Sprouts, it’s very common for me to complete an entire shopping trip without one employee acknowledging me. I feel so strongly about customer service that I have dedicated the last 25 years to helping improve the customer experience for Fortune 500 companies around the world. Without customers business can not and will not thrive. A few months ago, I noticed a few new team members. One of them by the name of DEE. Dee exceeds my expectations each and every time I visit Natural Grocers. She is always the first to say hello or to ask how I am doing, and the last person to say “have a great day”. She is professional, personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable about various products and promotions. In the times where she did not know the answer to my questions, she went above and beyond to get the answers. Employees like Dee keep businesses in operation. Natural Grocers has gained another loyal customer because of her.

Very clean very nice customer service was awesome. Multi-vendors and quality is on point. The nicest health food Best Store I have ever been to. Me and my husband will be forever customers, So refreshing I was excited just being there. The prices were very fair compared to other health food and vitamin stores like GNC and whole food. This store is a jewel in the community.They have a great selection of organic fruits and vegetables. When you enter the store you are always greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is exceptional and very attentive.

If you are looking for good food vegan and organic, you need to go here. The perfect place guaranteed. I found this place doing an order for instacart the other day and I fell in love with this place. Really. They have a huge selection of vitamins. Good and organic vitamins and other healthy products. I truly recommend this place.

Recently went to Natural Grocers to purchase a few items. After walking around a few times, I went to the register to ask for assistance. There was no one in line with two cashiers having conversation. I politely said excuse me but was cut off with a stern finger by Dee, as if I was interrupting. And had to wait till she finished what was on her mind. You guys should coach your unhappy employees, especially DEE. WHAT A GRUMPY INDIVIDUAL. The young lady that assisted me was very nice though.

Top-of-the-line food store you can find all-natural organic products at an affordable price definitely beats prices than whole foods. Overall a great experience I highly recommend for anybody that's looking for quality food and ingredients at an affordable price.
