Natural Grocers

Just because a person comes in with full bags doesn't mean they are going to steal nor does it imply a reason for judgement. The only basis for giving 3 stars is because I like the nutritionist. She deserves more than 3. But when I walk in the entrance all eyes are on me especially the security man. Talk about feeling insecure instead of feeling welcome in your store. I'm a huge advocate for respect. Good customer service is the key.

I really like this natural grocers location. I go out of my way to shop at this one. They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are so kind and helpful.

They have restrooms locked by code and won't let paying customers use them under any circumstance. I can't think of any other locations around Denver or Colorado that I've been to that have this kind of terrible 'no exceptions' policy. There needs to be some kind of reasonable allowance of letting those who are obviously shopping permission to use the restroom. Until this policy changes, this is a poorly ran location that doesn't care about the needs of their customers.

Honestly, I resisted when my group wanted to stop here for provisions because my experiences at the NG in Beaverton, Oregon have been super-disappointing drab atmosphere, poor selection, un-happy staff, so I was completely surprised to find this location to be the opposite in every way!

I was a customer today. Needed to use the restroom asked the manager to unlock the restroom. She refused and sent me to target. Needless to say I had to run out of there leaving my cart and everything I was about to buy. I will not be going back to a store where they deny their customers access to a bathroom.

It was the first time going to one of these in CO. We were just visiting CO for a short time and went here to buy our groceries and a few other things for the time there. It was a bit expensive than expected and also not much variety. We also didn’t get many of the things that we wanted! So it was bit disappointing.

Great shop, they had everything we needed for our road trip. Erin and David were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

It's a cool place to shop!! Not just food but all kinds of cool knick knacks!!! Staff are great.

These stores always smell amazing! Try the Mediterranean chips, they keep me coming back!

This place, that I have shopped at for years, now refuses to let people customers included use the restroom, even in an emergency situation, and the man who refused us seemed overly happy to do it, telling us to go to a Subway in the complex and "order a water" to use theirs instead. What? How can you sleep at night, denying people the basic human need of using a restroom? Absolutely gross, abhorrent behavior, Natural Grocers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Avoid this place if you can, they do not care about the community.
