I had a bad experience there in June of this year there was a shooting in the area. They weren't sure where the shooting was coming from so the staff cleared the building and I don't know I guess they hid themselves, but before all this happened the doctor was in the room, asking me why I was there and before I could even explain why there was a bunch of commotion The room that I was waiting in the Dr opens the door and everybody's running out of the emergency exit, which was right at the room next to me so I sit there nothings happening I don't hear anyone. Finally, I walk out the room I get a staff yelling at me to go back in the room. She’s not telling me why but to go back in the room, OK I'm gonna cut this off now. Make a long story short I was left in the room alone, still not knowing what was going on until I was found by a pediatrician that was starting her job that very day.
Worse office STAFF EVER. They talk in spanish bad about you without even knowing that I do speak spanish! Wow. Train your staff to be professionals! If you don't like me that's OK! But I'm not there for free and your getting paid so get another job if you don't like what you do! Do NOT go here! They will treat you like trash!
Good doctors but definitely not open on Saturday as it says and if they are no one is answering their call lines
Had an emergency need for a test for my mom. She called me crying after standing outside in the cold for OVER AN HOUR with an appointment while taking people without appointments. She finally gets there and the guy tells her she has symptoms. Her nose is runny because you had her stand outside for an HOUR. Horrible tech here. Absolutely horrible. Proceeded to say she needed both pcr and rapid, my mom explained she needed rapid for an event. Doctor told her she needed to quarantine for a runny nose from the COLD even if her tests came back negative. Do NOT go here. They need to change these doctors out. Period!
Seem to be just a number to this office. Will be put on hold for hours before you get to speak to someone and not just a recording. If you got test results they won’t call when they come in; instead you have to call to get the information. Overall, could care less if your a patient or not.
I took my daughter here for shoulder pain after falling off a bed a few days ago, pain was not going away. The staff was very friendly and sweet and the doctor was very nice. However, her pain was chalked up to a sunburn she got the day after she fell out of bed. Trusted the doctor initially but then called pediatrician because I was doubtful. Pediatrician ordered an X Ray and found it to be a fractured clavicle. No X Ray was ever ordered by the doctor at Notre dame, even after he was informed that she had fallen from the bed. While the staff was very friendly, it was a total waste of time and a careless misdiagnosis that could have been very detrimental to my daughter's health and fitness.
I had a very pleasent experience getting my COVID vaccine at this location. From scheduling to departure from my second appointment everyone was courteous, informative, and helpful whilst providing a safe and well metered experience.
Very nice place, especially the staff. My hygienist Olga is so nice and gives a thorough cleaning.
Worst doctors office ever the staff are very rude and they talk about you right in front of you to other staff members.
