Listen...the best value for your money, for nails, is at Natural Nails in Mason City! As a guy, I do not get my nails done, but I will get a pedicure once a month. Located in the Southbridge Mall, the staff at Natural Nails are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to see you. The equipment is clean and functional with televisions on the wall for your viewing pleasure. They also do a nice job keeping the floors clean and keeping relaxing music playing in the background for a true spa-like experience. Unlike some other nail salons in town, the staff at Natural Nails massages your feet and calves, paying particular attention to the Plantar Fascia in the arch of your foot. An additional selling point is that they can remove the portion of an ingrown toenail that causes pain. My pedicure was $5.00 cheaper than the local competition. Therefore , it’s a cheaper and a better pedicure than what you might get elsewhere in town.

I called 2 weeks ago to ask what a full set of gel nails would cost for my wife. The man on the phone told me 45 dollars. Took her in and had them done and ended up paying 65 bucks. 2 days later one of her nails broke off. Went in and had it fixed and they were really nice about it and did fix it without charge. Took her in for a fill two days ago. Their sign says 30 for a fill plus 10 for gel. So we figured 40 bucks. Ended up paying 53 bucks. Next day a different nail broke off when we were out of town and she had to go in somewhere different just to get it fixed being as we were not close to home. Seems like inaccurate pricing and not very good quality work. Very disappointed.

horrible experience. waited almost 3 hours just to sit down. the entire time no one spoke to me or my sister to let us know wait times or anything. guy ripped off my old set of tips in the most unprofessional way i’ve seen and it hurt. he did a horrible job on both our nails, every nail being a different shape, size, and length, and not even covering the entirety of our nails with polish. won’t ever go back and won’t ever recommend.

CHECK MOST RECENT REVIEWS This place has gone south QUICKLY. Went here because they were the only one open. They sat me, filled bowl with water and then I sat for an hour and a half without being served. I asked if they had time for a pedicure when I walked in at 1:15, I got up at 2:55 and said I am out of time and the gentleman just nodded. That's it. The mall has been abandoned, this business is one of the few remaining. There pedicure is sub par AT BEST but for $30 that's what you would expect, but wowzer, the bottom has fallen out. Do yourself a favor skip going here. So so bad.Service: Pedicure

Went here on August 7th, 2020 for a full set of acrylics. I called and made an appointment and unfortunately life got in the way and made me nearly a half hour late. I called to inform them I would be later than expected as appointment type grew closer and they were very accommodating. Customer service deserves even more than 5 stars. My nails are exactly how I wanted them. The woman who did the marble paid close attention to detail and they turned out even better than I had pictured. No chips even after slamming my thumb in a cash register at work and they are very even with no bumps or lifting. The price was similar to other nail salons in our community. Highly recommend Natural Nails. I found my go to nail salon!

Two of my friends and I wanted to get our nails done and wow. They got us in right away and were extremely nice. I had an amazing gentleman doning my nails and we talked almost the entire time! Amazing quality, amazing workers and price, and amazing shop! Definitely need to go again

Took my 4yr old daughter for pedicures for her birthday! They were amazing, patient, and had a lot of fun making her laugh!

I got toenail fungus from getting a pedicure from this place. If they actually clean their utensils properly this would have never happened, Never coming there again .

I'm not the biggest fan of this place. It was my first time going and I won't be back. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. They didn't go around my cuticles at all, didn't even out my nails, put on like 5 layers of polish so now they're bulky. I usually go to another establishment in town and they do 100x better and are cheaper and much more professional. The girl that did my nails was nice though and did talk to us. But overall, not the best place in Mc to get your nails done.Services: Foot massages
