Our vision is to help people thrive rather than just survive by correcting their underlying health imbalances through the scientific application of natural healing methods. Our clients awaken their potential and discover a new perspective on life.
We inspire and empower people to succeed in a safe and caring environment by listening, testing, teaching and supporting them as they work in a powerful partnership with us. To unlock peoples’ unique power to heal, we identify and address the physical, mental, and emotional barriers preventing them from achieving vibrant health. We integrate individualized care with public outreach, professional education and research.
We specialize in helping people identify and resolve the underlying imbalances that prevent them from achieving their health goals.
We utilize many different testing techniques to determine underlying imbalances including tests to determine:
- Nutritional status
- Neurotransmitter imbalances
- Gastrointestinal disorders
- Food intolerance/allergies
- Detoxification imbalances
- Amino acid imbalances
- Heavy metal toxicity
- Metabolic (metabolism) imbalances
- Hormone testing, including adrenal, thyroid and sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)
Once the imbalances are uncovered, we provided detailed dietary, supplementation and therapy guidelines to help restore optimal functioning. These may include:
- Specific nutritional/dietary plans with recipes and menus
- Nutritional, botanical and/or amino acid supplementation
- Deep breathing exercises
- Stretches and/or yoga
- Hydrotherapy (therapeutic use of water)
- Detailed body work techniques (such as acupressure, massage, trigger point work, etc.)
- Mental/emotional exercises
- Meditation
