Naturals by Fai Soaps And Stuff

We love the smell of narcissist. We travel 40min from Pasco county to the Clearwater store to get it. But after the first purchase. The product I have gotten has been different. I refill my detergent container to save a $1. But the refill doesn’t smell the same. We had to wait for that refill also. We checked out and had to wait 10min more for someone to refill my container. Why not just give us an already filled container and exchange for an empty one? Also the booster last visit was “wet” it was a different color and didn’t smell the same either. The people making the product at the store are inconsistent. I’m now ordering it online. I have to pay for shipping but my time and the product being consistent every time is worth it. For the price of these products the store fronts need to be more consistent!!!

This was my first time ever visiting buff City, wow!. My family had gotten me some soap from this store for Christmas. After moving to Clearwater and noticing that there's another location very close to me I said why not. The selections and the staff are amazing I can't wait to go back. The punch in the face when you walk in the door with the amazing smells makes you want to just take every soap class and learn everything about it. Shirley an experienced will never forget.

The whipped soap is so good!! The lotions are even better!! Love all the scents! Good deals and reward program! I love all the products and don’t get my lotions anywhere else! Great travel sizes too!

Found my new obsession! The lavender is my absolute favorite scent - I also really loved the cherry almond so I’ll be getting that next. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell that they take pride in their products!

I went there this past weekend and when I first walked in the place smells really nice. I started smelling the bars of soaps and didn't find them that potent so I was a little afraid that the scent would be lost. I used one of the bars today, Whispering Woods. The smell is incredible! It's been an hour and I can still smell the soap on me and in my bathroom. I'm very impressed, and I'm hoping the other bars I bought will be the same. Ill definitely consider purchasing from here again.

Went during their grand opening. Let's get the most weirdest complement out of the way: I really liked the bright lighting and paint colors they choose. It's not even like I shop at Lush to somehow make the effort to appreciate this, but here we are. Anyways, I like how they focus on a few good things and make it sustainable, clean, and vegan. The Laundry detergent that also acts as a softener does a great job of retaining the sent even through the dryer, and a discount is offered if you reuse the tub for future purchases. The Soap Whip's most surprising effect is the soft hands its been leaving me with. Solid choice if you're looking for quality, sustainability, and clean products.
