After going to two other places who could not do my hair, I knew when I walked into Nature’s Outer Beauty that I was right where I was supposed to be! From the conversation to the music to the oh so talented Mrs. Sarah, AKA the LOC DOCTOR...this shop is a whole VIBE! I am truly Blessed to have found this salon! Not only did I finally get to start my locs, I was treated like a Queen from the moment I got there! I honestly feel like I spent a few hours with family...that’s how cozy this salon is. This wouldn’t even be a fair review without mentioning her assistant, Mrs. Shawntae! Super sweet lady who really took care of me! I truly love to see my sisters providing quality hair care, with a smile, style and grace! I can’t wait for my next appointment! Blessings!

Im 14months into my loc journey and this was my first time here. She did an awesome job very professional she didn't rush and took her time. Great atmosphere felt like I was at mini spa - very relaxing music she even included a hand massage and very  relaxing  hot towel facial. I didn't have a specific style in mind very pleased with the results. I never get a chance to retwist my hair or style it but glad I came here definitely will be going back.

I come about every 3 months for a wash, deep conditioning, hot oil treatment then flat iron. Each time I come there it's a positive environment, good vibrations, loving staff and good conversations...oh yeah...GREAT MUSIC. Children friendly, NO CUSSING music or talking....yes. The lady charged me 100 dollars to mess up my hair and I still had to pay somebody else to re-do them smh what ah L experience

Just a good overall experience been going for years the only ppl that really I let do my hair the whole vibe from the music to the  hair great

I had a wonderful experience at this salon.  As a mature woman I appreciated the positive atmosphere and music and the warm welcome I received.  As a new customer I was very pleased with my new locs and I feel very good about my choice to come to Nature's Outer Beauty.  I love the results and highly recommend Sarah to anyone who might be nervous about the process.  So glad I chose to come.

DO NOT COME HERE! I never review or complain but I don’t want others to go through what i did. I went in to get my locs interlocked since my regular girl that does my hair wasn’t available, and the lady was 30mins late, as soon as she came in she rushed to the bathroom, there was another lady that washed my hair that was sick, kept coughing, and was on and off the phone with their electric people. NOT TO MENTION the lady damaged my locs, now i have holes in my locs because of her.. AND they charged me almost double what my typical lady charges. DO NOT GO HERE, call “love that hair” they will get you right. Nature Outer Beauty only care about the money and not the health or longevity of your Locs! DO NOT waste your time and money here, unless you want damaged locs. Very unhappy about this place.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

DONT COME HERE the lady that did my boyfriends locs permanently damaged them because she doesn’t know how to interlock correctly. Thankfully for  “Love That Hair” they have been working to repair them, but it’s going to take a while. The holes are huge…. Very upset with results :Service:&nbsp;Dreadlocks
