I really like this spot in terms of Co Ops because they carry some unique items not found at other locations and they also have a very good soup/hot bar set up. The one thing that just shocks me not only here but at Whole Foods and at other Co Ops is how insanely unhealthy the sushi is. One of the basic rolls had 270 calories and 16 grams of sugar!! That is an absolutely out of control amount of sugar for a sushi roll. I think co ops need to start focusing more on offering healthy food that’s actually healthy. Not dousing seemingly healthy foods with comical amounts of sugar and inflammatory seed oils. Having said that, Apart from some of the products they carry this place is a fantastic staple for the neighborhood as you’re starting to get outside the big cities and into the food deserts that plague rural America. One update is that they use BPA free receipts which is a huge plus! That’s hard to find these days
I just came from Valley Natural Food It was very clean and spacious not much with the customer service I didn't feel welcome at all our cashier's name was Harrison He was disgustedly rude and disrespectful. He was so pleasant with the customer before us handing her change and kept up conversation when he got to me he didn't greet me I had to ask him my total. I placed my money in his hand and he put my change on the counter with my receipt. The only difference between me and the customer in front of me is our race I will pray for Harrison. I didn't judge you but God will.
I pop over to the drive through often to get smoothies. Sara always greets me with a smile and is always the sweetest morning welcome! Thank you Sara for making my mornings more enjoyable! I appreciate you!
Great place for healthy and organic options. Rico salad bar and soups.
One of the best co-ops in the metro. The scones are to-die-for! The produce is always fresh with a large variety of options. All the employees are helpful and seem to really enjoy what they do.
I have been on that road hundreds of times but never been there. Today it happened to go there because my son was asking for a snack. There are different types of products, which I just loved to see and lot of international spices. There is also fresh produce and natural body products. I got some wild rice soup.mix and the smell itself was amazing. I just love this shop. I have tried to buy wheat grain in many places but I couldn't find it,but here I found two varities and IAM so happy with that.
Fantastic coop! I’ve been a member since my twenties yummy choices healthier
This place is on a busy street which is good and bad...if you are coming from the wrong direction can be a little pain to get to. Good parking lot small so it can get crowded. If you have specific dietary needs this is the place for you. They also have a good local selection. We go here to get gluten free flour the jules brand is the best in the business. They also have good gluten free bread and crackers. A little high in price but hey if you want to live longer gotta pay for it.
I like to play so much I became a member! Wonderful lunch products at the back counter for something fresh and delicious and quick.
Valley Natural Foods cuts down the confusion In Grocery Shopping. They provide great local products and have great deals on organic, nonGMO, healthy fruits and veggies. Great Hot Bar & Salad Bar, best coffee, juice and smoothie bar in town!
