Deborah was a great, she showed us all the products that would work for our project and explained all the features very well. The products themselves are great, my clients left wanting to redesign rooms we hadn't even considered before. If you're looking for a reclining sofa that doesn't look like a La-z-boy, this is the place. The designs are modern and clean and the functionality is great. Price is great too, we had just left the Mart and when Deborah priced out our HUGE power motorized sectional we were expecting to spend a ton, however this one came in at a fraction of what we anticipated.

Mila their store manager has provided an outstanding customer experience. She understood my budget, reviewed the room measurements with me, and recommended a perfect piece of furniture for me from their warehouse. She is also very responsive and the communication was seamless.The couch is high quality, leather is smooth and color is gorgeous. It was delivered as promised and the entire transaction was seamless. I've had it for a month now and could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Natuzzi Italia is our new dream store. We discovered it by accident, walked it and went nuts. We just fell in love. Trevor Anderson helped us and we can't say enough about how amazing he is. Trevor went way above and beyond anything reasonable to help us in choosing the right things, following up and making certain that everything we bought was perfect. We bought two absolutely gorgeous area rugs and a fabulous sleeper sofa. Everything came faster than expected and Natuzzi exceeded all our expectations in every respect. And---we felt that the prices were really fair and reasonable for such beautiful merchandise. My only regret is that we don't have room to buy more..we lust after this big gray leather comfy chair. They also have great accessories--we bought two throw pillows and two throw blankets. Can't wait to go back!

Jonathan is the best! I was looking for something to freshen up my office, but I wasn't sure what that might be. Despite my lack of clarity and direction, Jonathan took the time to get to know me and my preferences, and somehow, used it to find the perfect chair. He also used pictures and info I provided him to provide a virtual picture of my space, and how different items would look in there, to scale. It was amazing; I can't imagine ever buying furniture again without being able to "see" how it would look in my space first. Best of all, it was FUN! Jonathan exceeded my expectations in every way. I couldn't be more please with my purchase or my experience; both were impeccable. Thank you, Jonathan, and thank you, Natuzzi!

Fantastic customer service! I was one of the first customers on the store’s opening day and I received and am still receiving the best customer service. Mila their manager , was so very patient, professional and helped us find the perfect style and colors for our new living room. My furniture was also delivered earlier than expected which was a nice bonus! 5 stars all the way!

We ordered a little two seater Stan in January 2021. We knew it would take a while due to Covid. It arrived in May just as expected. This sofa is gorgeous. It’s tiny but exactly what we need for our tiny space. The space is too narrow for a coffee table and we didn’t want a bulky recliner. This piece of furniture is comfortable while sitting or reclining and material is gorgeous. It is a floating style and you cannot see the cords under the sofa. It’s beautiful. We are so happy and Lina was amazing to work with!

I had a wonderful experience at Natuzzi. Lina helped me make the perfect selection of dining room chairs and was very kind from start to finish. Would highly recommend this store if you looking to add a piece or redo an entire room.

Go for it if you want to waste $10k on a custom leather couch that only lasts 1 year. Yes, in 1 year my Natuzzi couch completely lost its shape, and btw I'm 100 pound person who only sits on the couch couple hours during the weekend. It's outrageous that poor quality foam materials are used inside such an expensive couch. Their customer service fails to address the complaint and doesn't care about fix the issue. It is such a shame!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and functional couches, with clean lines and lots of fabric choices. Also, price points were quite reasonable considering Italian design and fabric. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a new sofa.
