Nautical Knots

A summer tradition since moving to Grand Haven. Yummy giant pretzels served by the nicest college students. There are other items on the menu, but I always get a salty pretzel with mustard and the pretzel is so buttery! Eat at the picnic tables while enjoying the people and boat-watching. The scenery is great, too. Then, go next door for a hot fudge sundae!

The pretzels were ok - the service was awful. They were not particularly busy. There was only one person waiting when we arrived. The person in front of us had an order of 5 pretzels, and he said that he had been waiting for 15 minutes. We ordered 4 pretzels and waited 10-15 minutes. However, what compelled me to write the review was the very rude employee - we did not complain about the wait. He was just rude, and not only to us. We witnessed him be rude to other customers as well while we were there. I hope the owner sees this and lets his employees know that they need to provide a positive experience. This was about 7pm on Sat. August 17th. The rude employee was roughly in his 40's.

They were very busy today but they are for sure one of the most hard working family that ran this place today, they were trying there best to get everything out, some people do not realize how hard it is to run a family business and got an attitude but I only saw the true hard working family they are, the pretzels were amzinnnggggg!!!!!! They were fresh and you can taste the homemade goodnes!!!

Twice now this summer i went there and they were closed when it said they would be open. Gonna have to find another pretzel place. Not gonna keep going there just to find out they are closed again. Its a shame because i liked their pretzels

Love the pretzels here always fresh. Look forward to getting one soon when they open.

Getting somebody to answer the bell to take our order was HARD! It took over 5 minutes and she wasn't really interested in serving us. Too bad.

Great food. Slow service, but only a single person working.
