Nauvoo Mill was started in the late 1950's by Harold Smith. He formulated many of the recipes that are still used today. Lee & Carmen Ourth operated the business until 1984 when Paul & Carol Brown purchased it and moved it to its present location. In 1996 we built a new building to accommodate seating for 40. At that time we begain offering deli sandwiches on our fresh whole wheat breads. We pride ourselves in providing wholesome luncheons for our customers.
