Wonderful service from the start. I had my engagement ring resized, a ruby bracelet fixed so it no longer falls off and with the rubies that were taken off my bracelet, the owner made a pendant. Beautiful! I am so pleased with everything and I would recommend this store to everyone.

What can I say but what a wonderful experience it was. I was absolutely a wreck when I walked in to Saeids store. Pretty much ruined my brand new bridal set!! He told me not to worry he would take of it and put it back together.That eased my mind a bit. The work he had done amazed me. Not only was he fair on his pricing but, he had it done in a very timely manner. He is my jewelry guy now! Highly recommend!!!!

Wow.. Where to start.. Sacid did an amazing job fixing my wife’s wedding rings! He resized them, soldered them together, replaced a missing stone, cleaned them and dipped them for a very good price! They look brand new!!! He finished on them pretty quickly as well and got them back to me on my wife’s birthday. She didn’t know I was getting the work done on them. Let’s just say my wife was extremely happy to see them again and looking brand new!! Thank you again for the amazing work and I will recommend your services to everyone!!

They resized my ring, and fixed my watch in no time at all, they really know their jewelry well, and were extremely pleasant. I can’t wait to get a custom necklace for my mom’s birthday. 10/10 would recommend.

My glasses broke straight down the middle, nearly impossible to fix, went here on the off chance I could get them fixed somehow. The gentleman said two hours with a 90% chance he can’t fix them but he said he would try. 1 hour 45 minutes later he cut the broken pieces off and put a new bar on, good as new. The best part? He said if he wasn’t able to fix it he wouldn’t charge a cent. He’s is a good man.

I recently brought a new watch to Saeid at Naya to re-size the bracelet, which he was able to complete that visit. I also dropped off a vintage Seiko automatic, which belonged to my grandfather, to see if it could be repaired. He assured me he would evaluate what was wrong and call me before any repairs were done. I heard from him the next week and after giving me a very fair estimate, I agreed to have him repair it. A short time later, he called to tell me that the repair was done and I could come pick it up. I was extremely happy with the service, the quick turnaround, and Saeid's professionalism. Had a 37 year old SEIKO Watch that had been sitting in a drawer for several years. I took the watch to Naya Jewelry after talking with a few other jewelry stores that said they did watch repair. However, only Naya Jewelry was straight forward with what the issue with the watch was, what the estimated cost would be and the timeline for it to be fixed and repaired. Before doing the final repair, they called and told me their first findings were correct and how much longer before the watch was fixed. I'm happy I found Naya Jewelry and found their service and staff to be 5-Star.

I have come to Naya Jewelry for years now and every time it’s been a wonderful experience. Saeid has always taken great care of my jewelry, whether it’s been watches, rings, or necklace repair. It’s so nice to have a place in town that you can drop off and even have same day pick up! My daughters even love coming in to say hello to him and his shop, which goes to show how personal he makes the experience. We highly recommend and will be long time customers!

I called 8 different jewelers before I found Naya to size a sterling silver ring. Took it in & they had it sized for me the same day. It looks perfect and fits great.

I brought a cartier watch in and they cleaned it put a new battery and watch band on it for me. Also had a ring repaired. Said did a wonderful job on both and is very friendly. Will definitely go back if in need of jewelry repairs! They also have some beautiful pieces for sale!
