Best gym around. Twin City barbell power lifting club is also located inside the gym. If you want to so something other than run on a treadmill for an hour, this is your best bet
Great club, comfortable family atmosphere without all the fancy, complicated machinery and "better than you" attitudes you find in most gyms. Open 24hrs a day to members with key card access. You can zone out, listen to your tunes and do your own thing or take classes. People are always willing to help you out, give you pointers or just keep the weight from crushing your chest and squeezing your lungs out of your nose as you try to unleash your inner beast....whatever the case may be, Nazareth Barbell is an awesome place and you should check it out. I live near this gym and the people are so rude that park on the street. Littering, loud music. Turning around in peoples driveways. Speeding. The gym may be a good place to go but there patrons are rude to the neighbors they live around it.
This place is unreal. You don't feel like a number compared to other gyms. This is a family owned business and when you join you become part of the barbell family. Nothing else like it!
