I've had an account with NBKC for 12 years. Outstanding service! Especially the Leawood Branch! I moved away from Kansas to Arizona in 2016 and will always keep an account with this bank!
Would never recommend this bank. I had read the reviews about people and business account getting closed. I should’ve listened to the warning. Here is your warning, after a few months they randomly send you an email that they’re going to close the account and then they refuse to give you a reason. I’m a small business owner, now I have to look for a bank in short notice to continue accepting money from clients because I’ve lost complete trust in nbkc. No stability and no reliability. NBKC will try to justify their actions but simply saying they have the right to do so…just because you have the right to cancel an account does NOT make it right or morally correct. As a small business owner, the only thing this bank has done is give me headaches. STAY AWAY FROM NBKC. Even if you call them to ask questions, they refuse to answer or release any information, so there’s really no point in talking to these people. Terrible business practice.
NBKC is well represented by Logan! She's always there for us.
They are amazing, were able to efficiently and effectively handle every customer even while busy. Never felt like just another customer and they strive to help me understand all that was going on. Overall great experience and hopefully many more to come!
I love, love this bank. Everybody is so nice and helpful. No ridiclous hidden fees like my last HORRIBLE bank that I won't mention U.S. Bank. NBKC is the best!
